如图1所示，本实用新型的一种水彩笔，包括笔杆1和笔杆1内的海绵体2，笔杆1的顶端内螺纹连接一个塑料墨水填充管3，塑料墨水填充管3的出水口正对海绵体2，笔杆1顶端外螺纹连接一个端盖4。
当海绵体内的墨水用完需要填充新的墨水时，将端盖4拧下，挤压塑料墨水填充管3，使墨水滴入到海绵体2中，当感觉填充的墨水差不多时，停止挤压塑料墨水填充管3，拧上端盖4，就可以继续使用了，这样即使小孩子使用也不会弄到手上了。
