本实用新型涉及一种环保型手枪泵，它包括外罩，在外罩内设有泵体和活塞，在泵体上铰接有扳机，在泵体上连接有塑料弹弓，塑料弹弓的另一端顶压在扳机上，在所述泵体内设有可起单向阀作用的塑料球。本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足而提供一种节能环保的全塑料手枪泵。

本实用新型涉及一种环保型手枪泵。
【背景技术】
现有的手枪泵，在反复按扳机的情况下，就会从瓶子里抽出液体，并从喷嘴中喷射出来。但是现有手枪泵扳机的复位都采用不锈钢弹簧，而且手枪泵里面的珠子一般采用玻璃球或者钢球,在与液体接触过程中容易发生化学反应，使液体接触后形成污染，不环保，况且还影响产品的质量及保质期，使产品缺乏安全性，直接损坏了消费者的利益。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型目的是为了克服了现有技术中的不足而提供一种节能环保的全塑料手枪泵。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型采用下列技术方案：
环保型手枪泵，其特征在于包括有外罩1，在外罩1内设有泵体2和活塞3，在泵体2上铰接有扳机4，在泵体2上连接有塑料弹弓5，塑料弹弓5的另一端顶压在扳机4上。
如上所述的环保型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体2内设有可起单向阀作用的塑料球6。
如上所述的环保型手枪泵，其特征在于还包括有活塞固定座7，所述的活塞3设置在活塞固定座7上；在泵体2内设有单向阀作用的泵芯8，泵芯8外端连接有喷头9，在喷头9上设置有喷头帽10；在外罩1下部连接有锁瓶盖12，在外罩1内设有穿过锁瓶盖12的进水阀杆11，进水阀杆11下端连接有引液管13，进水阀杆(11)下端还设有与瓶起密封作用的垫片(14),所述的塑料球6设置在进水阀杆11的顶端。
如上所述的环保型手枪泵，其特征在于所述的塑料弹弓5包括有与泵体2连接固定的固定部51，在固定部51设置有两个弹性臂52，两个弹性臂52顶压在扳机4的内侧面。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有如下优点：
本实用新型利用塑料弹弓和塑料球来巧妙代替现有的不锈钢弹簧和玻璃球，实现了全塑料手枪泵，避免存在不锈钢弹簧或钢珠污染液体的不良后果，保证的产品质量，安全可靠，节能环保，造价低，容易制造。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述：
如图所示，环保型手枪泵，包括外罩1，在外罩1内设有泵体2和活塞3，在泵体2上铰接有扳机4，在泵体2上连接有塑料弹弓5，塑料弹弓5的另一端顶压在扳机4上。用塑料弹弓5代替常规不锈钢弹簧，利用塑料弹弓弹性性能，按压扳机使弹弓弯曲变形产生弹性复位。在所述泵体2内设有可起单向阀作用的塑料球6。实现了全塑料手枪泵，节能环保。
此外，本手枪泵还包括有活塞固定座7，所述的活塞3设置在活塞固定座7上。泵体2内设有泵芯8，泵芯8外端连接有喷头9，在喷头9上设置有喷头帽10。在外罩1下部连接有锁瓶盖12，在外罩1内设有穿过锁瓶盖12的进水阀杆11。进水阀杆11下端连接有引液管13，在进水阀杆11下端还设有与瓶起密封作用的垫片(14),所述的塑料球6设置在进水阀杆11的顶端。
作为较优的方式，所述的塑料弹弓5包括有与泵体2连接固定的固定部51，在固定部51设置有两个弹性臂52，两个弹性臂52顶压在扳机4的内侧面。
其工作原理如下：
1、泵芯(单向阀)、活塞、进水阀杆与泵体间组成密闭空间；
2、工作状态下，喷头帽与喷头间通道打开；
3、按压扳机，密闭空间体积缩小，气体受压后经泵芯-单向阀排出,放开扳机，在弹弓作用下活塞回位，密闭空间体积骤然增大，从而形成局部真空，通过外界大气压作用将瓶内液体吸入泵体，反复几次后密闭空间将充满液体；
4、再次按压扳机，因液体的不可压缩性将通过泵芯-单向阀被排出，同时通过喷头旋风槽的作用形成雾化或通过多功能罩形成泡沫而泵出。

1.环保型手枪泵，其特征在于包括有外罩（1），在外罩（1）内设有泵体（2）和活塞（3），在泵体（2）上铰接有扳机（4），在泵体（2）上连接有塑料弹弓（5），塑料弹弓（5）的另一端顶压在扳机（4）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体（2）内设有可起单向阀作用的塑料球（6）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型手枪泵，其特征在于还包括有活塞固定座（7），所述的活塞（3）设置在活塞固定座（7）上；在泵体（2）内设有单向阀作用的泵芯（8），泵芯（8）外端连接有喷头（9），在喷头（9）上设置有喷头帽（10）；在外罩（1）下部连接有锁瓶盖（12），在外罩（1）内设有穿过锁瓶盖（12）的进水阀杆（11），进水阀杆（11）下端连接有引液管（13），进水阀杆(11)下端还设有与瓶起密封作用的垫片(14),所述的塑料球（6）设置在进水阀杆（11）的顶端。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型手枪泵，其特征在于所述的塑料弹弓（5）包括有与泵体（2）连接固定的固定部（51），在固定部（51）设置有两个弹性臂（52），两个弹性臂（52）顶压在扳机（4）的内侧面。
