Abstract

本实用新型公开一种无垢丝状水花洒，包括花洒组件、进水片和出水面板；出水面板上形成若干出水口，出水口的上部形成漏斗口，且漏斗口的表面呈光面；进水片安装在花洒组件和出水面板之间，进水片上对应出水面板的出水口形成斜水口。本实用新型可以改善积垢堵塞现象，产生丝状水花，使淋浴更舒适。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及花洒的技术领域，特别与无垢且出丝状水花的花洒结构有关。
背景技术
现有技术中，花洒都容易积垢，积垢极易堵塞出水口，使用时间长了，就会影响花洒出水，造成花洒损坏。而且，花洒的水花一般都是柱状，冲洗力大，舒适感欠佳，所以，研发一种适用于顶喷花洒的功能切换方式，实有必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无垢丝状水花洒，以改善积垢堵塞现象，产生丝状水花，使淋浴更舒适。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种无垢丝状水花洒，包括花洒组件、进水片和出水面板；出水面板上形成若干出水口，出水口的上部形成漏斗口，且漏斗口的表面呈光面；进水片安装在花洒组件和出水面板之间，进水片上对应出水面板的出水口形成斜水口。
所述进水片对应出水面板的出水口周缘形成斜水口，对应出水面板的出水口中心形成进水口。
所述出水面板之出水口的下部形成喇叭口。
所述出水面板之出水口的漏斗口表面采用镜面抛光。
所述斜水口有对称设置的两个，两个斜水口的上端合为一个入口。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型因为在出水面板的出水口上部形成漏斗口，比其他部位低，不易积水，而将漏斗口表面设计呈光面，不易积垢，所以，本实用新型有效地改善了积垢堵塞现象，可谓是无垢花洒。同时，本实用新型因为在出水面板的出水口上方增加进水片的斜水口，水通过斜水口时产生旋转，再进入出水面板的出水口内，旋转的水在出水口中产生薄片圆柱状，而后相互交叉打散使水呈现丝状，丝状水花能带来一种全新的舒适的感觉。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，是本实用新型的一个较佳实施例。
一种无垢丝状水花洒，包括花洒组件1、进水片2和出水面板3。
其中，花洒组件1是除出水面板3以外的花洒基本构件的组合，具体来说，对应不同花洒，花洒组件1的结构可以不同，鉴于花洒组件1的结构并不影响本案的发明创造，故本文不对花洒组件1的具体结构做出详述，花洒组件1的结构也不受本文图示限制。
出水面板3上形成若干出水口31，如图6和图7所示，出水口31的上部形成漏斗口32，此漏斗口32的位置比其他部位低，所以不易积水，并且漏斗口32的表面呈光面，具体可以对漏斗口32表面采用镜面抛光，大大提高表面光洁度，使漏水口32不易积垢，实现无垢花洒。本实用新型进一步可以在出水口31的下部形成喇叭口33，更有利于水花喷出，使水流更通畅，进一步避免积垢。
进水片2安装在花洒组件1和出水面板3之间。如图3至图5所示，进水片2上对应出水面板3的每个出水口31都形成斜水口21，此实施例斜水口21有对称设置的两个，两个斜水口21的上端合为一个入口211，配合图8和图9所示。这样，水通过斜水口21时产生旋转，再进入出水面板3的出水口31内，旋转的水在出水口31中产生薄片圆柱状，而后相互交叉打散使水呈现丝状，丝状水花能给人带来一种全新的舒适的感觉。为了增加冲水量、产生更多的水花，本实用新型将斜水口21对应出水口31周缘形成，而对应出水口31中心增加形成进水口22，由此增加淋浴的舒适感。
以上仅为本实用新型的具体实施例，并非对本实用新型的保护范围的限定。凡依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化，均落入本案的保护范围。

1.一种无垢丝状水花洒，包括花洒组件、进水片和出水面板；出水面板上形成若干出水口，出水口的上部形成漏斗口，且漏斗口的表面呈光面；进水片安装在花洒组件和出水面板之间，进水片上对应出水面板的出水口形成斜水口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无垢丝状水花洒，其特征在于：所述进水片对应出水面板的出水口周缘形成斜水口，对应出水面板的出水口中心形成进水口。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无垢丝状水花洒，其特征在于：所述出水面板之出水口的下部形成喇叭口。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种无垢丝状水花洒，其特征在于：所述出水面板之出水口的漏斗口表面采用镜面抛光。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种无垢丝状水花洒，其特征在于：所述斜水口有对称设置的两个，两个斜水口的上端合为一个入口。
