Abstract

一种颈椎开门固定板,包括椎板固定板、侧板固定板及连接板,连接板上靠近椎板固定板的一端带有卡板,椎板固定板和卡板组成卡口,所述椎板固定板与侧板固定板所在平面相互垂直。采用上述方案后,本实用新型颈椎开门固定板在手术过程中可以保留棘突,减少不必要的损伤。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,具体说涉及一种颈椎开门手术后所用的颈椎开门固定板。
背景技术
在颈椎病、后纵韧带骨化和其他类似疾病导致的多节段脊髓受压或神经根受压,常通过颈椎后路开门术减压,颈椎后路开门后,再通过颈椎开门固定板连接椎板和侧块,保持开门稳定,如图1、2所示,现有的颈椎开门固定板包括椎板固定板1’、侧板固定板2’及连接板3’,连接板3’上靠近椎板固定板1’的一端带有卡板4’,椎板固定板1’和卡板4’组成卡口5’,椎板固定板1’及侧板固定板2’上均设有螺钉孔,使用时,将椎板固定板1’和卡板4’组成的卡口5’卡在椎板上,侧板固定板2’放置于侧块上,再通过螺钉分别将椎板固定板1’与椎板及侧板固定板2’与侧块相固定,由于椎板固定板1’与侧板固定板2’相互平行,手术过程中需要将颈椎的棘突5’切除,将椎板固定板1’固定在切除面上,对患者的损伤较大。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种颈椎开门固定板,其在手术过程中可以保留棘突,减少不必要的损伤。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案为:一种颈椎开门固定板,包括椎板固定板、侧板固定板及连接板,连接板上靠近椎板固定板的一端带有卡板,椎板固定板和卡板组成卡口,所述椎板固定板与侧板固定板所在平面相互垂直。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型颈椎开门固定板由于其椎板固定板与侧板固定板所在平面相互垂直,椎板固定板和卡板组成的卡口可将椎板和棘突卡在其中,因此在手术过程中可以保留棘突,减少不必要的损伤,并且椎板固定板与椎板棘突的连接面增大,使连接更稳定。

具体实施方式
如图3、4所示,本实用新型颈椎开门固定板包括椎板固定板1、侧板固定板2及连接板3,连接板3上靠近椎板固定板1的一端带有卡板4,椎板固定板1和卡板4组成卡口5,椎板固定板1及侧板固定板2上均设有螺钉孔,椎板固定板1与侧板固定板2所在平面相互垂直,卡口5可将椎板和棘突卡在其中。
使用时,如图5所示,将椎板固定板1和卡板4组成的卡口5卡在椎板6和棘突7上,侧板固定板2放置于侧块8上,再通过螺钉分别将椎板固定板1与棘突7及侧板固定板2与侧块8相固定。
