为了克服传统牙刷存在刷牙欠干净的不足，本实用新型的目的提供一种有刷牙干净的自动喷水牙刷。
本实用新型解决问题所采的技术方案是：它包括刷体、刷毛、刷柄、拉手、弹簧、锁芯、活塞，在刷体中间设有空腔，在刷体前部连接刷毛，在刷毛之间设有喷水孔与空腔相通，刷柄为带有锁芯的圆筒体，在刷柄内串联装有弹簧和设有锁槽的活塞，活塞杆上连接拉手，刷体与刷柄连接。刷牙前先将刷毛前端浸入水中，拉动拉手和活塞，水从喷水孔吸入刷柄内，当活塞上锁槽对准锁芯时，锁芯插入锁槽，活塞被锁住，停止吸水待用，当刷牙时拔出锁芯，活塞开锁，弹簧胀力压迫活塞给水加压，在喷水孔自动喷水，这样边刷牙边喷水清洗牙齿，牙刷得干净，从而达到本实用新型有刷牙干净的目的。
本实用新型有益效果是，有刷牙干净，自动喷水很省力还经济。

在图所示的实施例中，刷体1中间设有一空腔1-2，空腔1-2一端为开口，另一端为盲头，刷体1的前部连接刷毛7，在刷毛7之间的刷体1上设有多个喷水孔1-1与空腔1-2相通。刷柄2为圆筒体一端开口，另一端盲头，在刷柄2内，串联装有弹簧4和活塞3，活塞杆3-2伸出刷柄2外与拉手5连接，活塞3上设有锁槽3-1。在刷柄2外圆上设有一孔，孔内装有弹簧和锁销组成的锁芯6，刷柄2的端板上设有一气孔2-1，活塞3活动时进排气用，刷体1与刷柄2连接，空腔1-2与刷柄2相通。使用时，将刷毛7端浸入水中，拉动拉手5与活塞3水从喷水孔1-1，空腔1-2吸到刷柄2内，活塞3上锁槽3-1对准锁芯6时，锁芯6插入锁槽3-1内活塞3被锁住，停止吸水待用，刷牙时拔出锁芯6，弹簧4胀力压迫活塞3给水加压，喷水孔1-1自动喷水洗牙，直到刷柄2内水用光为止。这种边刷牙边洗牙，使牙齿刷洗特别干净，还很省力。
