技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电流互感器,更具体地涉及一种母线内置式微型交流电流互感器。属于电力电子设备技术领域。 
背景技术
目前电压、电流互感器的生产技术十分丰富,但耐压水平不高,且母线穿芯形式单一,一般是单根母线穿过互感器或者通过多缠绕母线匝数来改变变比,使用也不方便。 
本发明主要是为了解决上述问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电流互感器,特别是一种母线内置式微型交流电流互感器。其具有耐压高,且母线穿芯型式多样的特点,生产工艺简单,定位准确,结构紧凑,独特的芯柱式设计且外型更加美观。母线内置式微型交流电流互感器,其特征是:由磁芯(1),上盖,母线(3、4)构成,磁芯(1)用环形磁芯,在环外用一组漆包线周绕;线圈引出线与底座(2)上的银柱相连并焊接在一起,磁芯与线圈装配好后放入底座(2),此时将母线(3、4)穿过磁芯,并分别卡在底座(2)上的卡槽内,盖上上盖即可。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的技术问题可以通过采取如下措施解决,下面结合附图来具体说明: 
图4中,磁芯(1)为环形磁芯并绕制好漆包线,环形磁芯采用铁环,在环外用一组漆包线周绕。线圈引出线与底座(2)上的银柱相连并焊接在一起,磁芯与线圈装配好后放入底座(2),底座(2)上有两个固定银柱,使引脚定位准确,且线圈可以牢固的卡在底座(2)上,此时将母线(3、4)穿过磁芯,并分别卡在底座(2)上的卡槽内,盖上上盖即可,使之成为一个全封闭的器件。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:根据本实用新型,本互感器与原有互感器相比具有了母线穿芯方式多样,引出脚定位准确,结构紧凑,制作工艺简单,外行更美观,耐压高的显著优点。 
作为本实用新型的一个典型实例,例如,可以采用磁环尺寸为(8*12-5),材料为铁环,用0.08mm的漆包线周绕1000匝,可以得到本实用新型的最佳实施例。

1.母线内置式微型交流电流互感器,其特征是:线圈引出线与底座(2)上的银柱相连并焊接在一起,磁芯与线圈装配好后放入底座(2),此时将母线(3、4)穿过磁芯,并分别卡在底座(2)上的卡槽内,盖上上盖即可。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的母线内置式微型交流电流互感器,其特征是:磁芯(1)为环形磁芯并绕制好漆包线,环形磁芯采用铁环,在环外用一组漆包线周绕。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的母线内置式微型交流电流互感器,其特征是:底座(2)上有两个固定银柱,使引脚定位准确,且线圈可以牢固的卡在底座(2)上。
