本实用新型涉及一种建筑节能材料,具体的讲是涉及一种适用于住宅、公共建筑场所的屋面、玻璃墙体等处使用的防晒隔热膜。 
背景技术
目前,建筑领域中的建筑屋顶、墙体和地面,特别是屋顶的辅助保温层,多采用石棉制品、珍珠岩等材料进行隔热,但是隔热效果不佳,而市面上出现的隔热膜产品大多是由隔热层以及金属层组成,这种隔热膜虽然能够隔离大量的紫外线,但是其金属层易被氧化,使用寿命不长。 
实用新型内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种新型的防晒隔热膜,该隔热膜可直接用于住宅、公共建筑场所的建筑屋顶、玻璃墙体等处,具有耐老化、隔热效果佳、使用寿命长等特点。    
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案:
一种防晒隔热膜,包括:保护层、反射涂料层、基材层、高真空镀铝层、隔热层以及胶粘层,其特征在于:以PET基材层为中间层,自基材层向上依次为高真空镀铝层、反射涂料层、保护层,基材层与胶粘层之间设置一层隔热层。
所述反射涂料层基材层为混合涂料层,所述混合涂料层采用聚乙烯材料与聚酯树脂材料混合制备成涂料层,其厚度为40——60微米。 
所述高真空镀铝层采用掺铜镀铝工艺制作。 
采用上述方案后,本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
本实用新型主要由保护层、反射涂料层、基材层、高真空镀铝层、隔热层以及胶粘层。本实用新型结构造简单、不易破损、使用寿命长等特点,反光性能优异,隔热保温效果良好。

下面结合附图具体描述本实用新型: 
一种防晒隔热膜,包括:保护层1、反射涂料层2、基材层4、高真空镀铝层3、隔热层5以及胶粘层6,其特征在于:以PET基材层4为中间层,自基材层4向上依次为高真空镀铝层3、反射涂料层2、保护层1,基材层4与胶粘层6之间设置一层隔热层5。
所述反射涂料层2所述反射涂料层基材层为混合涂料层,所述混合涂料层采用聚乙烯材料与聚酯树脂材料混合制备成涂料层,其厚度为40——60微米。 
所述高真空镀铝层3采用掺铜镀铝工艺制作。 
最外部的保护层1防止隔热膜被外界物质划伤破坏,影响使用效果及寿命;反射涂料层2为厚度为40——60微米的聚乙烯与聚酯树脂混合涂料层,使得隔热膜在太阳光照射下产生温度调节效果;高真空镀铝层3采用掺铜镀铝工艺制作,基材层4与胶粘层6之间设置一层隔热层5,利用高反射低辐射原理,达到隔热目的。

1.一种防晒隔热膜,包括:保护层、反射涂料层、基材层、高真空镀铝层、隔热层以及胶粘层,其特征在于:以PET基材层为中间层,自基材层向上依次为高真空镀铝层、反射涂料层、保护层,基材层与胶粘层之间设置一层隔热层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒隔热膜,其特征在于:所述反射涂料层基材层为混合涂料层,所述混合涂料层采用聚乙烯材料与聚酯树脂材料混合制备成涂料层,其厚度为40——60微米。
