本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的：一种便携垃圾桶，由垃圾桶、卡槽、卷轴、脚踏组成。其特征是：在垃圾桶内底部安装一个卡槽，卷轴安装在卡槽上，垃圾桶外侧底部设有一个脚踏，脚踏的压板伸进垃圾桶的里面，压在卷轴上面。先将垃圾袋安装在垃圾桶底部的卷轴上，当垃圾装满后，用脚踩住垃圾桶外侧底部的脚踏，脚踏的压板压住垃圾袋，装垃圾的垃圾袋与卷轴分离，当垃圾袋取出后，松开脚踏，再将垃圾桶底部的垃圾袋拉出直接套在垃圾桶上，使用起来更方便。
