背景技术
    目前生产白炭黑所用到的搅拌罐均设有搅拌器，搅拌轴直接吊装在搅拌器上，此种方法使得搅拌轴易摇摆、不稳定。另外，搅拌轴上直接安装一个或两个搅拌叶片，难以做到在短时间内搅拌均匀。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种白炭黑搅拌罐。

一种白炭黑搅拌罐，包括有壳体，其特征在于：所述的壳体的上部设有酸分布器，壳体的上方设有搅拌器，所述的壳体的下部设有蒸汽管、进料管、出料管，壳体的底部固定安装有一个支座，壳体内设有一个搅拌轴，搅拌轴的上端与搅拌器连接，所述的搅拌轴的下端置于支座上，所述的搅拌轴上设有多个菱形搅拌叶片，各个菱形搅拌叶片相互交叉且每个菱形搅拌叶片均关于搅拌轴呈轴对称。

搅拌轴在搅拌的过程中，有支座的支撑，使其不易摇摆，较稳定；多个菱形搅拌叶片相互交叉，实现360度快速搅拌。
