本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在球员射门训练时，足球还能借助反弹力自己弹出球门，避免捡球的射门训练用足球球门。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：本实用新型包括球门框、设置在球门框里侧的与球门框固定连接的球门背板以及设置在球门框上的延伸板。
