技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物敷料，具体地说是一种两层复合生物性敷料。
背景技术
医用敷料作为伤口处的覆盖物，在伤口愈合过程中，可以替代受损的皮肤起到暂时性屏障作用，避免或控制伤口感染，提供有利于创面愈合的环境。随着人口的老龄化和慢性溃疡性伤口的增多，与创伤修复密切相关的生物材料涉及创面各种敷料与覆盖物，医用敷料的市场价值也变得越来越重要，但其现有医用敷料的缺点也很突出⑴止血效果不满意；⑵无法保持创面湿润，创面愈合延迟；⑶敷料纤维易脱落，造成异物反应，影响愈合；⑷创面肉芽组织易长入敷料的网眼中，换药时可引起疼痛；⑸敷料被浸透时，病原体易通过、易感染，无抗菌作用；⑹换药时，易损伤新生的组织；⑺换药工作量大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种两层复合生物性敷料。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：现有市场上的一些医用敷料，止血效果不满意；无法保持创面湿润，创面愈合延迟；敷料纤维易脱落，造成异物反应，影响愈合；创面肉芽组织易长入敷料的网眼中，换药时可引起疼痛；敷料被浸透时，病原体易通过、易感染，无抗菌作用；换药时，易损伤新生的组织；换药工作量大的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种两层复合生物性敷料，包括本体，所述的本体由聚氨酯薄膜和壳碘膜构成，所述的聚氨酯薄膜设于上部，所述的壳碘膜设于下部，所述的聚氨酯薄膜的下表面与壳碘膜的上表面粘合。所述的聚氨酯薄膜是涂有粘合剂的薄膜，壳碘膜是有PVA\PVP\羧甲基壳聚糖\壳碘材料经反应组成，通过微波干燥处理。
