本实用新型属于医用器械领域,更具体的讲是骨槽成形限位装置。在神经外科或骨科手术中,经常需要用磨钻在颅骨或其它部位骨质上磨出骨槽。由于磨钻高速运转且颅骨阻力较大,骨槽磨成的范围不容易掌握,骨槽过小无法放置内容物,骨槽过大则固定不牢固或无法固定,影响手术质量。本装置包括限位框、固定螺栓,固定螺栓附着在限位框上。限位框上标有刻度,标尺在镂空槽滑动,可调节限位框大小,固定螺栓在目标位置旋紧起到固定限位框作用。可根据手术所需骨槽的位置和大小,滑动调节限位框大小,对骨槽进行限定,操作简单、应用灵活,从而缩短手术时间,提高手术质量。

本实用新型涉及一种用于神经外科或骨科手术的骨槽成形限位装置,可根据手术所需骨槽的位置和大小,对骨槽进行限定。 
背景技术:
在神经外科或骨科手术中,经常需要用磨钻在颅骨或其它部位骨质上磨出骨槽。由于磨钻高速运转且颅骨阻力较大,骨槽磨成的范围不容易掌握。骨槽过小无法放置内容物,骨槽过大则固定不牢固或无法固定,骨槽位置的变动也影响手术质量。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种用于神经外科或骨科手术的骨槽成形限位装置。 
其技术方案为:一种骨槽成形限位装置,包括限位框、固定螺栓,固定螺栓附着在限位框上,限位框上标有刻度,刻度范围5-100mm和5-50mm,限位框通过镂空槽相互嵌合,可滑动调节限位框大小,螺栓通过限位框上镂空槽滑动,在目标位置旋紧起到固定限位框作用。 
其有益效果是:本装置操作简单、应用灵活。

具体实施方式
一种骨槽成形限位装置,由带有刻度和镂空槽的标尺(1)和标尺(3),以 及带有刻度的标尺(2)和标尺(4)组成。标尺(1)和标尺(2)组成一个直角尺,标尺(3)和标尺(4)组成一个直角尺。标尺(1)和标尺(3)较厚,各带有水平和垂直两个镂空槽。标尺(2)和标尺(4)的厚度薄,标尺(2)可在标尺(3)的镂空槽内滑动,标尺(4)可在标尺(1)的镂空槽内滑动,以调节限位框的大小。固定螺栓(6)可在在镂空槽(5)滑动。当两个直角尺活动时,可调整限位框大小,然后将固定螺栓(6)拧紧时即可使限位框固定。镂空槽(7)为标尺(1)或标尺(3)的镂空槽。固定螺栓(6)拧紧时可使标尺(2)和标尺(4)固定。 
在手术中,如需要磨取骨槽,可悬松固定螺栓(6),根据限位框上的刻度,调节限位框至目的大小,旋紧固定螺栓即可固定限位框大小。将限位框放置于目的位置,用磨钻在限位框内磨取骨槽。本限位器操作简单、应用灵活。

1.一种骨槽成形限位装置,其特征在于,包括限位框、固定螺栓,固定螺栓附着在限位框上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨槽成形限位装置,其特征在于,限位框上标有刻度,刻度范围5-100mm和5-50mm。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的骨槽成形限位装置,其特征在于,限位框通过镂空槽相互嵌合,可滑动调节限位框大小。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的骨槽成形限位装置,其特征在于,固定螺栓通过在限位框上镂空槽滑动,在目标位置旋紧起到固定限位框作用。
