背景技术
在胸外科手术中，常常需要在肋骨之间开口，用肋骨牵开器将肋骨撑开。目前公知公用的肋骨牵开器有左右两个固定在撑开臂上的板页，用摇动手柄使撑开臂在牙板上向外移动，撑开肋骨。在撑开肋骨的移动过程中，两个板页始终是相互平行的，然而肋骨在撑开时并非相互平行，致使板页的前后边缘很容易损伤肋骨，造成肋骨骨折，增加了病人的痛苦。另外，在手术过程中，手术器械常须反复交换使用，暂时不用的器械无处存放，如果落到手术台下，则不能再使用，增加了消毒工作量；对被切除物的大小需有定量的数据记录，这就要求在术前准备非手术器械的尺子，并进行消毒，增加了器具的种类。

本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足，而设计一种结构合理的骨科用牵开器。
