背景技术
目前,市场上使用的DC/DC、AC/DC等电源变换模块都是独立进行设计的电源模块,其输入端都只允许单一的电源电压输入, 在电源变换模块的生产使用中造成诸多不便。
发明内容
为了解决上述弊端,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种兼容交流电源输入和直流电源输入的电源变换模块。为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种交直流输入电源变换模块,包括DC/DC变换部分,输出检测部分,控制与保护部分,整流滤波部分,输出EMI部分,其特征在于,还包括输入整流滤波部分和输入采样部分,所述输入整流滤波部分由整流桥、滤波电容、软启动电阻组成;所述输入采样部分由采样电阻R1、R2、R3、R和控制开关SW、运算放大器组成,选择开关SW控制采样电阻R的投入和退出。
本实用新型的有益效果在于,能使电源变换模块简单化、标准化、适应范围广、有利于批量生产、方便用户。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该电源变换模块包括以下几个部分:DC/DC变换部分;输出检测部分;控制与保护部分;整流滤波部分;输出EMI部分;还包括,输入整流滤波部分:由整流桥V1,V2,V3,V4,滤波电容C,软启动电阻RC组成;输入采样部分:由电阻R1,R2,R3,R,选择开关SW,运算放大器组成。
采用上述技术方案,当电源变换模块输入端为交流电源时,整流桥V1,V2,V3,V4与滤波电容C将交流电源整流滤波成直流电源。理论上分析,当输入交流为220V时, A.B两点电压有效值为

,同时该电压通过采样电阻R1,R,R2将采样到的信号送入运算放大器,运算放大器将采样到的信号与基准电压进行比较,运算放大器将误差信号送入到电源变换模块的控制保护部分,最后由控制保护部分通过调节DC/DC的变换部分达到稳压的目的。
当电源变换模块输入端为直流电源时,只需将采样电路的SW选择开关闭合即可,整流桥V1,V2,V3,V4对直流而言是直通状态,同样A、B两点的电压通过采样电阻R1,R2将采样到的信号送入运算放大器,运算放大器将采样信号与基准电压进行比较,运算放大器将误差信号送入到电源变换模块的控制保护部分,由控制保护部分通过调节DC/DC变换部分达到稳压的目的。

1.一种交直流输入电源变换模块,包括DC/DC变换部分,输出检测部分,控制与保护部分,整流滤波部分,输出EMI部分,其特征在于,还包括输入整流滤波部分和输入采样部分,所述输入整流滤波部分由整流桥、滤波电容、软启动电阻组成;所述输入采样部分由采样电阻R1、R2、R3、R和选择开关SW、运算放大器组成,选择开关SW控制采样电阻R的投入和退出。
