本实用新型涉及一种LED节能灯,应用于家居装饰照明。 
背景技术:
曾经受全球青睐的白炽灯,能耗大,不适宜宽电压工作,必须在防震动的环境下工作,寿命短。本发明LED节能灯,具有低能耗,不含汞污染,组合宽电压隔离恒流恒压驱动电路,具有使用安全,寿命长,使用与白炽灯一样,可以直接替代白炽灯。 
发明内容:
本实用新型提供一种LED节能灯,包括有:灯头PC座、散热座、玻璃泡、灯珠发光座、导热柱和灯珠驱动电源,其特征在于:所述的散热座上部连接灯头PC座,下部连接玻璃泡,散热座上固定的导热柱与灯珠发光座紧密相连。 
本实用新型所述的导热柱内孔设有硅胶线,所述的硅胶线连接于柔性线路板与灯珠驱动电源,柔性线路板紧贴灯珠发光座上,所述的灯珠驱动电源为位于灯头PC座内部的隔离式恒流恒压驱动电源。 
本实用新型所述的灯珠发光座中灯珠排列布阵为以5串10并的组合方式竖向贴片在柔性线路板上,柔性线路板固定在直径17mm灯珠发光座的边缘及底部。 
本实用新型采用LED为光源,具有360°的光照度,宽电压隔离式恒流恒压驱动电源,小功率,光效高,散热器有效地把灯珠温度排出灯外,光衰小,寿命长,使用安全,可以代替白炽灯,是新一代绿色照明产品。

具体实施方式
参考图1:一种LED节能灯,其特征在于:外形结构与白炽灯相似,其结构有:灯头1、散热座2、玻璃泡3、灯珠发光座4、导热柱5、灯珠驱动电源6、灯头PC座7 
参考图2:选用铝材为散热器材料,散热座2与导热柱5相连,导热柱5与灯珠发光座4相连,灯珠发光座采用直径17mm的圆柱铝材料制作,中间与导热柱5相连,导热柱与散热座2紧密相连,组成散热系统。LED灯珠贴片在柔性线路板上而且导热胶贴紧直径17mm的圆柱座边缘及底部。灯珠温度的散热方向:灯珠发光座4-导热柱5-散热座2-泡外;散热座2上部与螺口灯头PC座7相连,下部与玻璃球泡3相连。 
参考图3:灯珠的排列布阵:灯珠采用5串10并组合方式,竖向贴片在柔性线路板上,其中一部分柔性线路板9沿灯珠发光座360°贴成一圈,另一部分柔性线路板8贴灯珠发光座铝座底部,柔性线路板两接线口与导热柱内孔的硅胶线相连,灯珠的驱动电源:采用隔离式恒流恒压驱动电源,安装于灯头PC座7的内部,输出端与散热柱内的硅胶线相连。

1.一种LED节能灯,包括有:灯头PC座、散热座、玻璃泡、灯珠发光座、导热柱和灯珠驱动电源,其特征在于:所述的散热座上部连接灯头PC座,下部连接玻璃泡,散热座上固定的导热柱与灯珠发光座紧密相连。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述的导热柱内孔设有硅胶线,所述的硅胶线连接于柔性线路板与灯珠驱动电源,柔性线路板紧贴灯珠发光座上,所述的灯珠驱动电源为位于灯头PC座内部的隔离式恒流恒压驱动电源。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述的灯珠发光座中灯珠排列布阵为以5串10并的组合方式竖向贴片在柔性线路板上,柔性线路板固定在直径17mm灯珠发光座的边缘及底部。
