背景技术
在油田分层注水测试时,需要在井口将测试设备连接电缆或钢丝绳下放到预定的井下位置,由于电缆或钢丝绳下放的过程中往往与井口钢管管壁产生摩擦,使下放设备卡住,也会对电缆或钢丝绳产生损坏。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种分层注水测试滑轮,利用在井口安装该测试滑轮,使电缆或钢丝绳进入井口时不会与钢管管壁发生摩擦,使测试设备顺利进入井底。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:分层注水测试滑轮包括定位筒,定位筒内部的空刀槽两侧各有一个大孔和一个小孔,大孔内圆柱表面开有四条空槽延伸至空刀槽,定位筒连接支架,螺栓连接支架一端的叉形结构和滑轮支架,螺栓连接滑轮和滑轮支架一端的叉形结构,滑轮两侧与滑轮支架叉形结构之间有垫片穿过螺栓。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:利用在井口安装该测试滑轮,使电缆或钢丝绳进入井口时不会与钢管管壁发生摩擦,在井口管柱部分变形的时候,变换测试滑轮的安装角度,定位筒上的空槽可以避开部分变形的管柱,垫片使滑轮转动更加灵活无卡滞,使测试设备顺利进入井底。

由图1结合图2、图3所示,分层注水测试滑轮,包括定位筒1,定位筒1内部的空刀槽两侧各有一个大孔和一个小孔,大孔内圆柱表面开有四条空槽2延伸至空刀槽,下面的孔用于套在井口钢管上定位测试滑轮,在井口管柱部分变形的时候,变换测试滑轮的安装角度,定位筒上的空槽3可以避开部分变形的管柱,定位筒1连接支架3,螺栓4连接支架3一端的叉形结构和滑轮支架5,螺栓4连接滑轮7和滑轮支架5一端的叉形结构,滑轮7两侧与滑轮支架5叉形结构之间有垫片6穿过螺栓4,垫片4使滑轮7转动灵活,不会摩擦滑轮支架5的叉形结构产生卡滞现象。
