一种盘扣式脚手架托梁系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种盘扣式脚手架托梁系统,主要用于工业和民用建筑施工中。
背景技术
在工业与民用建筑施工中,由于建筑结构多为钢筋混凝土结构,在顶板及过梁的模板施工中,其支撑结构主要有以下几种:1、采用普通的钢管扣件,进行搭设架体,在钢管架体上铺设主次木龙骨,固定模板体系;2、采用碗扣式脚手架搭设架体,在架体顶端加可调托撑,在顶托上再铺设主次木龙骨,固定模板体系;3、采用盘扣式脚手架搭设架体,在假体顶端加可调托撑,在顶托上再铺设主次龙骨,固定模板体系。这样的梁板、模板合支是普遍的施工工艺,目前均采用满堂红落地脚手架支撑体系,这种脚手架的支撑体系材料用量大,施工成本高,拆装不方便,效率很低,尤其在高层建筑物施工时尤为突出。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种施工方便、材料用量少、施工成本低、效率高的盘扣式脚手架托梁系统。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所述采用的技术手段是:一种盘扣式脚手架托梁系统,包括架体、次龙骨、主龙骨、托梁、托梁底座、托梁顶座、可调托架,所述次龙骨安装与墙体或者梁上,所述主龙骨安装在次龙骨上,所述架体一端安装在主龙骨上,所述托梁通过托梁底座连接架体,所述可调托架一端连接主龙骨,另一端与安装在托梁上的托梁顶座连接。
工作原理:在架体搭设时,先将顶板底的架体按要求进行搭设,在顶板支撑架体搭好后,在梁下架体上安装托梁底座,在托梁底座上搭设托梁,再在托梁上适当位置安装托梁顶座,在托梁顶座上安装可调托架,在可调托架上安装主龙骨,次龙骨及模板,再将模板固定即完成支撑工作,拆除架体时,应先拆除梁底部分。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:与现有脚手架相比,本系统具有结构简单、施工方便、材料用量少、施工成本低、效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种盘扣式脚手架托梁系统,包括架体1、次龙骨2、主龙骨3、托梁4、托梁底座5、托梁顶座6、可调托架7,所述次龙骨2安装与墙体或者梁上,所述主龙骨3安装在次龙骨2上,所述架体1一端安装在主龙骨3上,所述托梁4通过托梁底座5连接架体1,所述可调托架7一端连接主龙骨3,另一端与安装在托梁4上的托梁顶座6连接。
在架体1搭设时,先将顶板底的架体按要求进行搭设,在顶板支撑架体搭好后,在梁下架体1上安装托梁底座5,在托梁底座5上搭设托梁4,再在托梁4上适当位置安装托梁顶座6,在托梁顶座6上安装可调托架7,在可调托架7上安装主龙骨3,次龙骨2及模板,再将模板固定即完成支撑工作,拆除架体1时,应先拆除梁底部分。
