背景技术
现有短裙绉边缝合时的工艺流程是先把花边绉好，然后再缝制到裙摆上，这样的操作缺点是：尺寸比较难控制，速度也较慢，主要是因为花边很长、有的可达5-6米，而且线的用量也较大，这样容易使生产成本高，生产效率不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是短裙绉边缝合生产效率不高，尺寸不易控制，生产成本高，从而提供绉边缝合一体压脚。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：绉边缝合一体压脚，包括压脚本体、固定板，所述压脚本体的一侧壁上开有凹槽，所述压脚本体的另一侧壁上开有缝合口，所述缝合口的底端设有缝合孔，所述缝合孔的竖直中心线与凹槽的竖直中心线重合，所述固定板垂直固定在压脚本体的后端。
优选的，所述凹槽的横截面为U形，也可以为其他便于加工的形状，U形槽使用效果好，花边尺寸易控制。
优选的，所述缝合孔为圆孔，也可以为其他便于加工的形状，圆孔结构简单，使用效果好，加工方便。

通过固定板2上设有的条形孔21按压脚本体1安装在缝纫机上，使用时，将短裙的花边通过压脚本体1上的凹槽11进行绉边处理，将缝纫针通过压脚本体1上的缝合口12对花边绉边进行缝合，依次进行操作，就可以方便的进行缝合。
将花边通过压脚本体上设有的凹槽压制并通过压脚本体上设有的缝合口缝合，能有效的控制花边的尺寸，节约了用线，提高了生产效率，使用效果好，降低了生产成本。

1.绉边缝合一体压脚，其特征在于：包括压脚本体(1)、固定板(2)，所述压脚本体(1)的一侧壁上开有凹槽(11)，所述压脚本体(1)的另一侧壁上开有缝合口(12)，所述缝合口(12)的底端设有缝合孔，所述缝合孔的竖直中心线与凹槽(11)的竖直中心线重合，所述固定板(2)垂直固定在压脚本体(1)的后端。
