背景技术
负压灌装箱是药品生产中对细颈瓶进行液体灌装的设备，生产时先将空的细颈瓶倒立码放在托盘里，再整体置入负压灌装箱进行吸液，完成后，将托盘取出，罩上另一托盘然后整体翻身，使灌好的瓶颈全部朝上，便于封口。现有技术托盘多为金属材料制成的平底盘，没有专门的托盘隔架，导致细颈瓶在托盘上易滑倒，给灌装和后续的封口工作带来很大不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种负压灌装箱托盘，以解决现有技术托盘装载细颈瓶时细颈瓶易滑倒的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种负压灌装箱托盘，包括有盘体，所述盘体四周侧壁设置有围成框形的框壁，其特征在于：所述盘体内设置有活动的隔架，所述隔架由贴近盘体两相对框壁设置的侧板，以及连接在侧板之间的多个隔座构成，且每个隔座分别设置为T形柱状。
所述的一种负压灌装箱托盘，其特征在于：多个连接在侧板之间的隔座相互平行。
本实用新型结构简单，易于实现，盘体内设置有活动的隔架，利用隔架的隔座可对细颈瓶进行限位，能有效防止细颈瓶在托盘内滑倒，大大方便了空瓶码放、灌装、翻盘和后续的封口工作。

1.一种负压灌装箱托盘，包括有盘体，所述盘体四周侧壁设置有围成框形的框壁，其特征在于：所述盘体内设置有隔架，所述隔架由紧贴盘体两相对框壁设置的侧板，以及连接在侧板之间的多个隔座构成，且每个隔座分别设置为T形柱状。
