技术领域
本实用新型属于包装材料,特别涉及一种热封型BOPP镀铝基膜。
背景技术
BOPP薄膜用包装的最大缺陷是阻气性差,国内外食品、化妆品等包装物通过镀一层铝来起到气体阻隔作用,达到保香功能。作为包装基材通过涂胶封口既不环保,又要增加加工成本。因等规聚丙烯熔点为176℃,一般通用的聚丙烯等规度在92~95之间,所以送点在167℃左右。所以目前研发生产热封型镀铝基膜是势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种既环保,又不增加成本,阻气性好的热封型BOPP镀铝基膜。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种热封型BOPP镀铝基膜,包括芯层,在芯层上面复合一层热封层,在芯层下面复合一层镀铝层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该实用新型不增加成本,有利于环境保护,阻气性好,对食品、化妆品等具有很好的保香功能。

具体实施方式
实施例,参照附图,一种热封型BOPP镀铝基膜,包括芯层2,在芯层2上面复合一层热封层1,在芯层2下面复合一层镀铝层3。芯层2为聚丙烯,其厚度为10~50μm;热封层1选用不含开口剂热封料,不含硬脂肪酸钙和磺酸钙,其厚度为3μm;镀铝层3利用三元共聚物的极性提高镀铝层3的牢度,其厚度为2μm。为提高产量,将MD预热辊由镀铬改为镀聚四氟乙烯(又称泰氟隆涂层,俗称不粘锅)辊,这样一方面提高MD温度,又能防止厚片粘辊。为保证镀铝层3不发生转移,加大防粘剂用量;为改善镀铝膜的光泽度,选用玻璃微珠防粘剂。
