背景技术
现有的硫化模具是一出一的模腔，不能完成所需的量，大大的降低了工作效率；也增加了开模具费用，原来需开4副硫化模具，而现在只需开1付模具的费用；外径规格相差太大的产品，所需的压力相差也很大，不能配在一台硫化压机上生产，这给生产调度安排增加了难度，因为所需的压力不一样。现有技术结构简单，制作成本高，一次只能制造一个产品，使用起来也不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种硫化模具，结构设计合理，可以一次制造出四个产品，节约成本，且使用起来也方便。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种多用型硫化模具，包括有模具体，所述的模具体上设有四个相对称的模腔，所述的模腔内设有多个环形排布的筋条。
所述的多个筋条有十八个。
本实用新型（1）、加快了工作效率，在同样的硫化时间下可以生产原先四倍的产品。原每个模具，每班（8H）一个熟练工只能生产100片到130片，现在每班可生产160片到200片，提高了150%的产能；（2）、减少了开模具费用，原需开4付硫化模具，现只需一付；（3）、因产品大小规格不一样，所以硫化时需要的压力不一样，所以一来外径规格相差太大的产品，所需的压力相差也很大，不能配在一台硫化压机上生产，这给生产调度安排增加了难度；二来因为所需的压力不一样，公司需配备不同规格的硫化压机（如50吨、100吨、150吨、250吨），在使用一出四模具例如生产外径为200产品的一出四模具，可以和外径380-430的大片产品需要的压力一样，可以和这些产品在一台硫化机上生产，增加了生产调度的灵活性。
