磁流体的壳体具有空心圆柱的外形，在加工时，对表面的光滑度要求较高，在用铣床对其加工时，时常需要将其变换位置夹置，具有不稳定性，又比较费工时。

为了解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型开发了一种磁流体壳体加工用的夹具，包括支架，所述支架的两端设有固定用的长螺栓，所述支架的一侧固定连接竖直的箱体，所述箱体的侧面开设有若干孔径不同的通孔，所述通孔中设有支撑杆，所述支撑杆的端部还通过螺母固定有限位块。
所述支撑杆可从所述通孔中拆卸。
所述箱体为中空状。
本实用新型的有益效果是，结构简单，成本低廉，能安全稳定的将磁流体壳体固定在铣床的加工台上，不用移动磁流体壳体，只需旋转角度即可对磁流体壳体进行加工，并且减少因晃动造成的误差。
