现有的生产工艺是多元醇、填料等物料先在捏合机内搅匀后出料,采用塑料转移箱周转,再从转移箱将物料倒入三辊研磨机进行研磨,操作程序繁琐,工人劳动强度大,手工转移物料,容易造成工伤。工艺时间长,生产效率低;物料损耗也较大,产率较低。
