背景技术 
现有技术中,工作人员在杆塔上工作时,常使用安全带进行防坠落保护,其不仅笨重,而且使用时十分不便,尤其是工作人员在上下攀爬杆塔的过程中,处于无防坠保护的状态,其人身防护完全取决于自身的精神状态、体力情况、技术技能及周边环境等,很容易发生高空坠落事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的,就是要提供一种携带方便,在工作人员攀爬和工作的整个过程中,都可进行防坠落保护的杆塔防坠装置。本实用新型的技术结局方案是这样的;一种杆塔防坠装置,其特征在于是由速差自控器和钢锁扣组成,至少有一个钢锁扣套装在速差自控器的安全索上。使用时,将速差自控器固定在杆塔的底部,将速差自控器安全索上的挂钩与工作人员的全身式安全背带连接固定,当工作人员进行攀爬时,攀爬到一定的高度,就将套装在速差自控器安全索上的钢锁扣与塔杆上的脚钉或塔杆上的构架进行连接,这样持续的将套装在速差自控器安全索上的钢锁扣与塔杆上的脚钉或塔杆上的构架进行连接,直到进入工作区域。使用本实用新型的有益效果是;其重量轻、成本低,安装简单、使用方便,而且在工作时也十分灵活便利,安全可靠。由于速差自控器采用的安全索固定于全身式安全背带上,并且钢锁扣穿过脚钉,当工作人员沿爬梯或铁塔脚钉匀速攀登杆塔,匀速运动时速差自控器顺畅而平稳,若下降速度过快或发生坠落事故时,速差自控器能在限定距离内快速制动,钢锁扣通过与塔杆上的脚钉或塔杆上的构架进行连接锁定坠落人员,滑移距离小,坠落冲击力小,并可以随时重新恢复上下滑动功能,特别适合于杆塔攀登作业。

具体实施方式
  图1中,速差自控器4上有用于固定在塔杆上的固定孔3和安装在内的安全索5,安全索5上固定着用于连接全身式安全背带的挂钩1,钢锁扣2套装在速差自控器4的安全索5上,钢锁扣2的数量取决于攀爬塔杆的高度。

1.一种杆塔防坠装置,其特征在于是由速差自控器(4)和钢锁扣(2)组成,至少有一个钢锁扣(2)套装在速差自控器(4)的安全索(5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杆塔防坠装置,其特征在于有若干个钢锁扣(2)套装在速差自控器(4)的安全索(5)上。
