本实用新型涉及一种远程控制延时启动电源,尤其是一种防冲击高耐压远程控制延时启动电源的供电回路。
背景技术
近年来,随着电子产品的普及,用于提供直流电的开关电源已经变得非常普遍,远程控制的开关装置也随着物联网的兴起开始出现。通过远程开关装置和开关电源,可以遥控设备的启、停,在工业自动化领域开始应用。
此类系统一般以分立器件的形式安装使用,由于远程控制开关的小型化,其内部的嵌入式平台一般采用小体积、功能简单的控制芯片,在处理网络数据方面比较吃力,系统响应速度较慢。并且,开关电源在负载启停的时候具有反冲电流,多个电子设备开关电源一起工作 ,对上级空气开关冲击较大,很可能会导致空开跳闸,从而导致复电过程失败。而这个时候,远程开关因缺乏工作电源,而不能远程开合,后台失去控制能力。另外,开关电源不能隔离高压电,如果在高压环境下使用,且接地出现故障,可能会将高压带到输入端,从而破坏供电系统的安全性,严重情况下可能导致设备故障,甚至发生人身安全事故。因此有必要在降低冲击电流、加快响应速度、提供持续控制能力、加强电压隔离等方面予以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种降低冲击电流、加快响应速度的防冲击高耐压远程控制延时启动电源的供电回路。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
它与延时启动电源的测控回路相连,具体包括:
交流输入模块:连接外部市电进行电源输入到换偶变压器和测控回路,
环耦变压器:与输入端与交流输入模块连接,输出端作为供电电源输出,
交流输出模块:连接环耦变压器输出端进行交流输出只测控回路,
直流输出模块:连接环耦变压器进行直流输出至测控回路。
优选地,环耦变压器连接一检测环耦变压器温度并根据温度控制环耦变压器导通与截止的温控继电器。
由于采用了上述结构,本实用新型的防冲击高耐压远程控制延时启动电源有如下有益效果:采用环耦变压器替代普通的开关电源,消除了电源接通瞬间的反冲电流,不会冲击上级空开造成跳闸,从而降低了负载启动电流对电源的冲击;可靠的过热保护和过流保护;高耐压;通信和响应更快更安全。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本实施例的防冲击高耐压远程控制延时启动电源包括进行输入输出的供电回路和控制供电回路1工作的测控回路2,其中所述的供电回路1与延时启动电源的测控回路相连,具体包括:
交流输入模块11:连接外部市电进行电源输入到换偶变压器12和测控回路2,
环耦变压器12:与输入端与交流输入模块连接,输出端作为供电电源输出,
交流输出模块13:连接环耦变压器输出端进行交流输出至测控回路2,
直流输出模块14:连接环耦变压器进行直流输出至测控回路2。
为了使环耦变压器在正常的温度区间工作,防止过热烧毁,本实施例中环耦变压器12连接一检测环耦变压器12温度并根据温度控制环耦变压器导通与截止的温控继电器28。
如果温度继电器28的探头感应到环耦变压器12线圈温度过热,温控继电器28会动作,断开该路环耦变压器12线圈的供电,进行过热保护,等温度降低到安全范围内,温控继电器会再次接通该路线圈的供电。
供电恢复后,主控板按最开始的接通交流输入电源后的流程执行测控流程。

1.防冲击高耐压远程控制延时启动电源的供电回路,与延时启动电源的测控回路相连,其特征在于:包括:
交流输入模块:连接外部市电进行电源输入到换偶变压器和测控回路,
环耦变压器:与输入端与交流输入模块连接,输出端作为供电电源输出,
交流输出模块:连接环耦变压器输出端进行交流输出只测控回路,
直流输出模块:连接环耦变压器进行直流输出至测控回路。
2.如权利要求1所述的延时启动电源,其特征在于:环耦变压器连接一检测环耦变压器温度并根据温度控制环耦变压器导通与截止的温控继电器。
