本实用新型涉及一种电池组合方式,尤其涉及一种电池套。
背景技术
镍氢扣式电池在通常情况下都做串联使用,串联样式随用户的使用要求而确定。但一般情况下以三串居多,三串组合样式中,一字形较多,传统工艺为开始组合→电池套PVC→PVC定位→PVC热缩→热缩检查→电池组粘→胶粘胶检查→电池组电焊,传统工艺工序较多,需要操作人员多,特定工序需要佩戴护目镜以防止胶水溅入眼睛内,有一定的危险性。单电池热缩工序良品率低,返工率高。

一种电池套,其中包括:电池,电池上端连接有密封圈,其特点在于:所述电池和密封圈的外侧连接有主电池套,主电池套的两侧固定连接有母扣,主电池套两侧的母扣相对应,主电池套的两侧连接有副电池套,副电池套的一侧连接有子扣,主电池套和副电池套通过母扣和子扣相连接,主电池套内的电池和副电池套内的电池通过连接片固定连接。

在本实施例中所述电池套的数量为2个、3个或多个。
