背景技术
随着我国煤矿自动化的发展,对煤矿安全生产提出了越来越严格的要求。胶带输送机无人职守解决方案可大大减少矿工的伤亡,在煤矿井下恶劣的工作环境中,监控保护装置的稳定性和准确性显得尤为重要。目前,国内矿用速度传感器一般采用光电和接近开关的方式来检测速度值,输出比较单一,大部分输出为频率量,也有输出开关量和电流的。 
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种精度高的矿用本安型速度检测装置。 
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的矿用本安型速度检测装置,包括支架,所述支架上固定有滚筒,所述滚筒侧面圆周上均匀分布有若干磁钢,与磁钢相对应的输送机支架上固定有霍尔元件,所述霍尔元件与控制器相连接。 
所述控制器的输入端连接有选择控制器输出的拨码开关,所述控制器的输出端连接有频率输出端和电流输出端,所述电流输出端与控制器之间连接有D/A转换器。所述控制器的输入端连接有选择控制器输出的拨码开关,所述控制器的输出端连接有频率输出端和电流输出端,所述电流输出端与控制器之间连接有D/A转换器。 
采用上述结构后,本实用新型的矿用本安型速度检测装置可以防止设备老化 导致精度下降,并延长设备使用寿命,大大提高的速度检测的精度和稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的矿用本安型速度检测装置,包括有支架1,所述支架1上固定有滚筒2,所述滚筒2侧面圆周上均匀分布有8个磁钢,与磁钢3相对应的输送机支架上固定有霍尔元件4,所述霍尔元件4与控制器5相连接。 
所述控制器的输入端连接有选择控制器输出的拨码开关6,所述控制器的输出端连接有频率输出端9和电流输出端8,所述电流输出端8与控制器5之间连接有D/A转换器7。可以通过拨码开关来控制将霍尔元件检测到的速度值是以电流输出,还是以频率输出。这样,如果后续的显示设备要求以电流输入,则可将电流输出端8与后续显示设备相连接,将检测到的输送机速度值显示出来;如果后续的显示设备要求以频率输入,则可将频率输出端9与后续显示设备相连接,将检测到的输送机速度值显示出来。

1.一种矿用本安型速度检测装置,包括支架,所述支架上固定有滚筒,其特征在于:所述滚筒侧面圆周上均匀分布有若干磁钢,与磁钢相对应的输送机支架上固定有霍尔元件,所述霍尔元件与控制器相连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的矿用本安型速度检测装置,其特征在于:所述控制器的输入端连接有选择控制器输出的拨码开关,所述控制器的输出端连接有频率输出端和电流输出端,所述电流输出端与控制器之间连接有D/A转换器。
