本实用新型涉及石油开采用配套设备技术领域，具体涉及一种石油开采用光杆卡子。
背景技术
在油田抽油机井生产过程中，抽油机井光杆负荷是靠方卡子卡紧光杆，落在悬绳器上盘由毛辫子传递给抽油机驴头的，现有方卡子为两半结构，有两螺栓固定，安装时需用力紧固，但是其紧固效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种更加紧固且安装方便的石油开采用光杆卡子。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种石油开采用光杆卡子，包括两个卡子，卡子两侧设有侧耳，侧耳上设有螺栓，其特征在于：卡子中部设有槽体，槽体内设有异形螺栓，异形螺栓顶部设有卡口，顶部内侧设有环形凹槽，底部设有锯齿状的凸起。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在传统的卡子上设有异形螺栓结构，异形螺栓底部设有锯齿状的凸起，可以更有效的对光杆进行固定，而且异形螺栓可以和卡子主体很好的融合，密封性强，且背部的卡口使其拆卸方便。

如图1、2所示，一种石油开采用光杆卡子，包括两个卡子1，卡子1两侧设有侧耳2，侧耳2上设有螺栓3，两个卡子1通过螺栓3固定在一起，卡子1中部设有槽体4，槽体4内设有异形螺栓5，异形螺栓5顶部设有卡口6，方便安装和拆卸，顶部内侧设有环形凹槽7，增加了其密闭性，底部设有锯齿状的凸起8，有效的对光杆进行固定。
