炼钢厂铁水脱硫喷吹系统料仓上料设备均设有除尘器,长期以来,由于原有除尘器反吹装置采取单点反吹方式,因此反吹效果较差,经常造成除尘滤筒堵塞现象。为解决此问题,不得不被迫更换成进口滤筒,不仅增加了费用支出,而且磨损较重,缩短了除尘滤筒的使用寿命,增加了备件消耗。

本实用新型旨在提供一种气体分布均匀,反吹效果好,可延长滤筒使用寿命,减少备件消耗的除尘滤筒反吹装置。

由图1可见,本实用新型除尘滤筒反吹装置是将原来的单点反吹改为了多点反吹,即在除尘滤筒反吹装置的气源管1上均匀设置8个喷吹管2,喷吹管2开口朝向除尘滤筒3的方向,从而实现对除尘滤筒进行均匀反吹的目的。
