实现本实用新型目的的紧凑型大通流量防雷器,包括壳体,位于壳体内的微动开关、压敏电阻器、熔断弹片、接线端子和遥信节点;所述压敏电阻器与接线端子相连,所述熔断弹片一端固定在壳体上,另一端弹性变形后焊接在压敏电阻器上;所述熔断弹片熔断后恢复变形可触动所述微动开关;所述微动开关与遥信节点信号连接。

本实用新型的实施例如下:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型的紧凑型大通流量防雷器,包括壳体6,位于壳体6内的微动开关1、压敏电阻器3、熔断弹片2、接线端子4和遥信节点5;所述压敏电阻器3与接线端子4相连,所述熔断弹片2一端固定在壳体6上,另一端弹性变形后焊接在压敏电阻器3上;所述熔断弹片2熔断后恢复变形可触动所述微动开关1;所述微动开关1与遥信节点5信号连接。
本实用新型的紧凑型大通流量防雷器,当弹片弹起后,弹片接触微动开关,触动微动开关给遥信节点信号,给外面设备通知防雷器是否动作。最大同流容量可以达到100KA(8/20μs)和15KA(10/350μs),模块宽度仅18mm,比现有的产品减少50%的安装空间,从而在保证同流容量的同时节省安装空间,通过内部结构改造,简化生产程序,可以提高生产效率100%,大大降低生产成本,在市场上有很多大的成本优势和技术优势。
