本实用新型涉及一种抗折弯光缆,属于光缆技术领域。 
背景技术
随着信息时代的到来,信息的传送量成爆炸式地增长。作为大容量、长距离传输的有效手段,光纤光缆得到了大规模的应用。光缆的应用也逐渐由长途干线向城域网、接入网方向发展。行业的发展推动了技术的进步,新的光缆结构不断推出,新的技术不断得到了应用。传统光缆的抗折弯性能还是不尽理想。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种能提高抗折弯性能的光缆。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种抗折弯光缆,包括护套、金属带和缆芯,护套包裹在由金属带铠装的缆芯外围,所述缆芯由至少两根光缆芯线绞合而成,所述光缆芯线由套管包裹光纤组成,缆芯中间为金属加强芯;所述缆芯的套管为有色识别标记的松套管,所述护套中嵌入至少两根金属丝。 
进一步的,所述金属丝周向均匀分布在护套中。 
进一步的,所述金属丝与护套外边缘距离大于1mm。 
进一步的,所述金属丝是磷化钢丝。 
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:本技术方案在护套内嵌入三根磷化钢丝,此三根磷化钢丝互成60度角,构成等边三角形结构,这样可以有效地提高光缆的抗弯性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图列举一个具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步的阐述。 
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种抗折弯光缆,包括护套7、金属带6和缆芯,护套包裹在由金属带铠装的缆芯外围,缆芯由至少两根光缆芯线绞合而成,光缆芯线由套管5包裹光纤2组成,缆芯中间为金属加强芯1;缆芯的套管5为有色识别标记的松套管,护套7中嵌入至少两根金属丝。 
金属丝周向均匀分布在护套7中;金属丝与护套7外边缘距离大于1mm;本实施例中,金属丝选用是磷化钢丝8。 
本实施例中,在护套7内嵌入3根磷化钢丝8,此三根磷化钢丝8周向均匀布置,即互成60度角,构成等边三角形结构,这样可以有效地提高光缆的抗弯性能。

1.一种抗折弯光缆,包括护套、金属带和缆芯,护套包裹在由金属带铠装的缆芯外围,所述缆芯由至少两根光缆芯线绞合而成,所述光缆芯线由套管包裹光纤组成,缆芯中间为金属加强芯;所述缆芯的套管为有色识别标记的松套管,其特征在于:所述护套中嵌入至少两根金属丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗折弯光缆,其特征在于:所述金属丝周向均匀分布在护套中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗折弯光缆,其特征在于:所述金属丝与护套外边缘距离大于1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗折弯光缆,其特征在于:所述金属丝是磷化钢丝。
