背景技术
一些半球形的工件,需要检测其某一位置处所在平面的直径,一般的量具无法深入半球形的凹壁内直接进行测量,需要通过测量球直径及所在位置与半球平面的距离计算得知,其检测过程复杂,容易产生误差。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种球径检具,其能够快速检测出球内壁处的直径,误差小。 
其技术方案是这样的:其特征在于,其包括基准板,所述基准板底部一端安装有固定支架,所述固定支架外侧安装有固定测量头,所述基准板另一端安装有对应所述固定支架的测头支架,所述测头支架外侧安装有与所述固定测量头配合的活动测量头,所述活动测量头连接机械表。 
其进一步特征在于,所述基准板中间开有与所述机械表对应的通孔。 
采用本实用新型的结构后,基准板底部一端安装有固定支架,固定支架外侧安装有固定测量头,基准板另一端安装有对应固定支架的测头支架,测头支架外侧安装有与固定测量头配合的活动测量头,活动测量头连接机械表,基准板放置于半球形工件外壁平面上,固定测量头和活动测量头紧贴被检工件球形内壁,从机械表上读数,快速检测出球内壁处的直径,误差小。

具体实施方式
    见图1,图2所示,其包括被检工件7、基准板1,基准板1底部一端安装有固定支架2,固定支架2外侧安装有固定测量头3,基准板1另一端安装有对应固定支架2的测头支架4,测头支架4外侧安装有与固定测量头3配合的活动测量头5,活动测量头5连接机械表6,基准板1中间开有与机械表6对应的通孔8;开有通孔8,操作者即可直接从基准板1上面通过通孔8直接读出机械表6的读数,更加方便,固定测量头3和活动测量头5与基准板1底部的距离可以根据实际情况进行调整。

1.一种球径检具,其特征在于,其包括基准板,所述基准板底部一端安装有固定支架,所述固定支架外侧安装有固定测量头,所述基准板另一端安装有对应所述固定支架的测头支架,所述测头支架外侧安装有与所述固定测量头配合的活动测量头,所述活动测量头连接机械表。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球径检具,其特征在于,所述基准板中间开有与所述机械表对应的通孔。
