本实用新型涉及一种烧结环冷机自动纠偏装置。
背景技术
环冷机开始出现跑偏现象，故障停机率较高。频繁的停机检修，严重影响了烧结矿产量，增加了维修成本。虽然经过多次调整，但其效果都不显著，因此解决环冷机的跑偏是当务之急。环冷机跑偏是指回转框架未沿设计的环冷机中心做稳定的圆周运动，而出现台车轮咬钢轨边、侧轨过度受力、台车掉道的现象。跑偏会影响烧结生产，增加停产检修时间。故障停机率较高，严重影响了烧结生产，存在较大的隐患。虽经多次调整，但效果都不明显。南北电机电流不一致在南北传动机构调压装置压力相当的情况下，北侧电机电流是南侧电机电流的3倍。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种烧结环冷机自动纠偏装置，能有效阻止环冷机台车向外跑偏，拆卸和安装方便，节约检修时间，保障生产。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种烧结环冷机自动纠偏装置，包括机架以及环冷机摩擦板，摩擦板水平均布间隔设置在环冷机外周缘上，摩擦板的外端水平穿过机架上的通孔，伸至机架外侧，在所述摩擦板的外侧部设置着挡环，挡环与机架之间的摩擦板上由内而外依次套装着弹簧、弹簧座，机架外侧部的摩擦板上套装着调整螺母。

1.一种烧结环冷机自动纠偏装置，包括机架以及环冷机摩擦板，其特征是：摩擦板水平均布间隔设置在环冷机外周缘上，摩擦板的外端水平穿过机架上的通孔，伸至机架外侧，在所述摩擦板的外侧部设置着挡环，挡环与机架之间的摩擦板上由内而外依次套装着弹簧、弹簧座，机架外侧部的摩擦板上套装着调整螺母。
