Abstract

本实用新型通过左右转动阀门手柄来调节热水和冷水的流量,一般是往右转动是热水量大而冷水量小,往左转动是冷水量大热水量小,从而达到调节水温的目的,转动阀门时水流会通过两个水管流入,在一个混合室中混合,当水温达到设置的温度后会采用相同的比例进行冷热水的混合,直到混流室装满,然后在使用时,当水温低于设定温度时,会有热水流入补充,当水温高于设定温度时会有冷水流入,进行补充,进而保持水温恒定。

本实用新型涉及一种冷热混流控制装置,具体的说是一种可以调节水温的混流装置,通过冷热混流达到自己需要的水温。 
背景技术
水温对人体的调节作用:对循环系统的调节当冷水洒在皮肤表面时,人体周边血管会收缩, 血液被迫流入体内更深层的区域,主要是骨骼及肌肉区。对心脏的调节大量使用冷水会降低心跳的频率,可增强心脏血管肌肉 组织的协调性。用过热的水会增加心脏负荷,这会使周边血管大量扩张,血液流动速率必然加快。对血压的调节在使用冷水治疗过程中,反应发生的初期,会造成血压上升,随后便又会下降。这说明洗澡时水温对于人体十分重要,这就需要一种可以调节合适水温的装置。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术要点是:一种冷热混流装置,通过这个装置可以将水温调节到一个合适的温度。 
本实用新型为达到目的所采用的技术方案是:一种冷热混流装置,包括:控制装置,测量装置,显示装置,混流室,在热水器的热水管和冷水管中安装流量控制装置。显示装置安装在控制装置旁,通过在混流室安装温度测量装置对混流室的水温进行测量。在一个混合室中混合,当水温达到设置的温度后会采用相同的比例进行冷热水的混合,直到混流室装满,然后在使用时,当水温低于设定温度时,会有热水流入补充,当水温高于设定温度时会有冷水流入,进行补充,进而保持水温恒定。在控制装置旁安装一块小型液晶屏进行显示混流室的水温,当水温高于设定温度10度时,会报警提醒使用者,防止烫伤。    
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以快速方便的调整水温,并且可以显示出来,避免了调节水温时的不便,可以在热水器中安装使用。

具体实施方式
在热水器的热水管和冷水管中安装流量控制装置,通过控制水流的量控制混流室的水温,在底部安装混流室,并安装水温测量装置,然后再将热水器使用装置安装好即可。

1.一种冷热混流装置,包括:控制装置,测量装置,显示装置,混流室,其特征是:在热水器的热水管和冷水管中安装流量控制装置,显示装置安装在控制装置旁,通过在混流室安装温度测量装置对混流室的水温进行测量。
