本实用新型涉及一种预防镀锌锅烧穿后锌液泄漏收集装置。
背景技术
目前使用的装置中，镀锌锅在经过一段时间的使用之后，有可能会被烧穿，而导致镀锌锅内的锌液的泄漏，而且如果不能及时的对镀锌锅进行维修，对锌液也是一种浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在镀锌锅烧穿后能够对锌液进行收集的装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一锌液收集装置，其创新点在于包含镀锌池、收集池、导流管道及锥形池；
锥形池安装在镀锌池的下方，而且锥形池的顶端与镀锌锅的底端尺寸相同，在锥形池的底端连接有导流管道，而且导流管道的管道口与锥形池的底端的尺寸相同，在导流管道的出口处安装有挡板，收集池位于导流管道的下方，导流管道伸入至收集池内。
使用上述的装置，当镀锌锅被烧穿后，镀锌锅内的锌液会先流至锥形池里，然后再通过与锥形池相连的导流管道，最终流至收集池里面，从而达到了再镀锌锅被烧穿时能够收集泄露的锌液的效果。

具体实施方式
由图1所示的示意图可知，1为镀锌锅，2为锥形池，3为导流管道，4为收集池，5为挡板。其中锥形池2安装在镀锌锅1的下端，并且锥形池2的顶端与镀锌锅1的底端的大小相同，在锥形池2的底端连接有导流管道3，并且导流管道3与锥形池2的底端的连接处大小相同，在导流管道3的出液口处安装有一挡板5，挡板5与导流管道3的出液口相配，挡板5通过销轴与导流管道3相连接，收集池4位于导流管道3的下方，而且导流管道3的出液口伸入至收集池4的内部。
