本实用新型公开一种桥式起重机桥架翻身工装，设有两根吊架（1），两根吊架（1）的一端通过销轴（2）连接，两根吊架（1）的另一端设有吊耳（3）。本实用新型通过将桥架置于吊架之上，采用吊车与吊架端部吊耳连接，吊车一端起升，一端下降，将桥架平稳旋转90°，再对起升端吊架进行拆卸，采取同样方式再次将桥架平稳旋转90°，至此桥架旋转180°，完成翻身，可以对后续工作进行施工。本装结构简单，无后续切除吊耳的工作，操作方便；吊车对桥架无直接作用力，避免了桥架变形。

背景技术：
桥式起重机在批量生产过程中，其桥架为箱型结构，其腹板与顶部、底板进行焊接，由于顶板与腹板焊接为仰焊，不易操作，故要求将桥架进行翻身，由于桥架体积大，焊接吊耳进行翻身，对桥架结构有影响，且翻身完成后还需将吊耳进行切除，且采用吊耳翻身容易使桥架发生变形，设计一组翻身工装，解决采用吊耳的一切弊端，可以方便快捷的进行翻身操作。
发明内容：
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述不足，提供一种结构简单、操作方便、避免了桥架变形的桥式起重机桥架翻身工装。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种桥式起重机桥架翻身工装，设有两根吊架，两根吊架的一端通过销轴连接，两根吊架的另一端设有吊耳。
