一种靠背能调节的公共座椅，包括椅脚、凳面和靠背，所述凳面和靠背铰接，还包括靠背调节装置。

如图1、图2所示的一种靠背能调节的公共座椅，包括椅脚1、凳面2和靠背3，所述凳面2和靠背3铰接，还包括靠背调节装置。所述靠背调节装置包括靠背3上铰接有支撑杆4，支撑杆4下端套接在椅脚1上，椅脚1上设有定位销5，且支撑杆4上设有滑槽7和与滑槽7连通的多个卡住定位销5的倒齿6。所述靠背调节装置在座椅左右两侧各一个。
使用时将靠背3微微抬起，使定位销5脱离倒齿6滑至滑槽7位置，再根据自己需要将定位销5卡在相应倒齿6上。
