技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电源,特别涉及一种用于电梯的不间断备用电源。
背景技术
目前,所有电梯在断电后均无法正常运行。特别是火灾时候,一旦火灾断电,电梯将就此关闭,而乘坐电梯的人无法获得救援,更重要的是当高层火灾时候,如果150米出火灾,一个400米以上的建筑大部分人在高处无法救助疏散;而在医院,当病人病床推入医用电梯时候遇到停电,病人就只能关在电梯里,无法获得救治。同时由于消防员电梯都需要第二电源,以确保电梯在火灾造成第一电源进线断电后继续使用,很多电源都是通过复杂的方式将第二路电源接入,这种形式成本高且又无法确保能在电梯机房起火前不烧坏第二电源。现有技术所采用的第二电源功率小,只能将电梯送至就近楼层。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,成本低且增加电梯正常使用时间的不间断备用电源。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于电梯的不间断备用电源,它包括蓄电池组和UPS,所述UPS包括市电输入端、旁路模块、充电模块、逆变模块、整流模块、UPS输出端和微机控制中心;所述市电输入端经输入开关与所述旁路模块和所述整流模块连接,所述整流模块、所述充电模块、所述蓄电池组和所述逆变模块依次连接,所述逆变模块和所述旁路模块经输出开关与所述UPS输出端连接,所述微机控制中心分别与所述旁路模块、所述充电模块、所述逆变模块和所述整流模块连接。
优选的,所述蓄电池组总电压为380~400V。
优选的,所述UPS为在线式UPS。
当市电正常供电时,市电经旁路模块将电能送至电梯;当市电停止供电时,蓄电池组通过逆变模块将380~400直流电转换为380V交流电后,给电梯进行供电。由于微机控制中心对整个电路的监控,当市电断电后,只需要千分之一秒即可切换到蓄电池供电。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:安装方便,成本低,可安装在相对安全的地方;当市电停止时,只需要千分之一秒即可切换至逆变器输出电源,不影响电梯正常使用;电池容量大,可保证电梯正常工作2-3小时。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,该用于电梯的不间断备用电源包括400V蓄电池组和在线式UPS,在线式UPS包括市电输入端、输入开关、旁路模块、充电模块、逆变模块、整流模块、UPS输出端、输出开关、微机控制中心;市电输入端经输入开关与旁路模块和整流模块连接,整流模块、充电模块、蓄电池组和逆变模块依次连接,逆变模块和旁路模块经输出开关与UPS输出端连接;微机控制中心分别与旁路模块、充电模块、逆变模块和整流模块连接,用于对整体电路的监控,UPS输出端连接电梯。
当市电正常供电时,市电经旁路模块将电能送至电梯;当市电停止供电时,400V蓄电池组通过逆变模块将400V直流电转换为380V交流电后,给电梯进行供电。由于微机控制中心对整个电路的监控,当市电断电后,只需要千分之一秒即可切换到蓄电池供电。
