本实用新型属于新材料,特别涉及一种电控智能液晶调光玻璃。
背景技术
聚合物分散液晶是将低分子液晶与预预聚物相混合,在一定条件下经聚合反应,形成微米级的液晶微粒均匀地分散在高分子网络中,所获得的液晶微粒具有介电各向异性,在散射态和透明态之间具有一定的灰度。在外加电场的情况下,聚合物分散液晶可以实现在透明和不透明之间的转变。目前,玻璃作为建筑常用装饰材料,不仅要求具有美观、隔热等作用,同时还要满足建筑的透光性和私密性等要求。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本实用新型提供一种智能液晶调光玻璃,通过外接电源开关的通断实现玻璃在透明和不透明状态之间的转变。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
1、智能液晶调光玻璃自下而上由第一玻璃基板、第一胶粘层、第一透明导电膜层、聚合物分散液晶层、第二透明导电膜层、第二胶粘层、第二玻璃基板以及外接电极引线和控制开关组成。
2、所述智能液晶调光玻璃中的胶粘层为PVB胶膜或EVA胶膜。
3、所述智能液晶调光玻璃中的透明导电膜层为ITO薄膜,一种主要成分为铟锡氧化物的透明导电膜。
4、所述智能液晶调光玻璃中的聚合物分散液晶层为具有液晶微粒的高分子聚合物。
    该智能液晶调光玻璃可以广泛建筑装饰,如机场、医院、学校、文物陈列馆、汽车展厅以及博物馆等领域。

将第一玻璃基板、第一胶粘层、第一透明导电膜层、聚合物分散液晶层、第二透明导电膜层、第二胶粘层、第二玻璃基板依次平铺,将外接电极引线分别自第一透明导电膜层和第二透明导电膜层引出,通过真空层压技术合成智能液晶调光玻璃,外接电极引线另一端安装控制开关。

1.一种智能液晶调光玻璃,其特征是:自下而上由第一玻璃基板、第一胶粘层、第一透明导电膜层、聚合物分散液晶层、第二透明导电膜层、第二胶粘层、第二玻璃基板以及外接电极引线和控制开关组成。
