背景技术
机械密封件主要由弹簧,辅助密封圈以及其它脆弱易损件组成.弹簧是机械密封中重要的一部件,在整个产品中起到了补偿的关键作用,现有的机械密封件弹簧均由普通材料制成,常与强腐蚀物料接触,时间久后弹簧会被腐蚀断裂,结垢堵塞,造成机械密封件泄露而污染环境,满足不了正常生产要求,导致了产品质量的稳定性不足。高材质弹簧因成本过高或热处理工艺的不过关而受到一定的限制使用,也因这一密封件的单一性制约了新产品的开发,和企业的发展。
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上不足,提供一种耐腐蚀外部套管的机械密封件新型弹簧
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种机械密封件新型弹簧,包括弹簧和弹簧套管,弹簧套管包覆在弹簧外部,再使弹簧两头的包覆管密封。
所述的弹簧套管为一层0.3-0.5mm的PTFE或FEP管件。
当弹簧被压缩时,套管使得弹簧与强腐蚀物料永远隔离,从而起到保护弹簧的作用。由PTFE管件的光滑度与PTFE材质的不粘合性,从而也解决了物料与弹簧之间间隙的结垢堵塞之难题,套管还在弹簧被压缩过程中起到了保护其它易损部件的作用,同时也增加了各连接部件的缓冲效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
结构简单,成本低,克服了高材质弹簧因成本过高或热处理工艺的不过关,使用使得弹簧不被强腐蚀物料腐蚀,弹簧之间不会堵塞,安装时保护其它易损部件。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,一种机械密封件新型弹簧,包括弹簧1和弹簧套管2,弹簧套管2包覆在弹簧1外部。
所述的弹簧套管2为一层0.3-0.5mm的PTFE管件。
当弹簧1被压缩时,套管2使得弹簧与强腐蚀物料隔离,从而起到保护弹簧的作用。套管2还在弹簧被压缩过程中起到物料防堵塞,保护其它易损部件作用,增加各连接部件的缓冲效果。
