本实用新型公开了一种用于袜类圆型针织机的闸刀机构，由出针闸刀和收针闸刀组成，两者配合安装在哈夫盘座上，且出针闸刀和收针闸刀上端均连接在气阀座上，且在气阀座的相对位置上具有气动活塞，哈夫盘座的底面上具有内走针轨迹面和外走针轨迹面，所述出针闸刀以外侧面为走针面，走针面呈直线型，所述收针闸刀以内侧面为走针面，走针面呈直线型，当出针闸刀下降工作而收针闸刀原位不动时，能够将哈夫针的走针面由内走针轨迹变为外走针轨迹，反之收针闸刀下降工作能够将哈夫针的走针面由外走针轨迹变为内走针轨迹。本实用新型的哈夫盘座与出针闸刀、收针闸刀通过外形结构的优化，使其之间在工作过程中配合紧密，从而减少机器故障率的发生。

背景技术
现有圆型针织机在编织过程中，机器在高速运转，哈夫针与织针做扎口双层编织时，老线圈十分容易浮起，进而干扰哈夫针和织针的工作，容易造成漏针、错针等不良现象，使织物产生瑕疵，降低了良品率，且这种现象会对哈夫针和织针产生磨损，提高了了圆型针织机损坏的几率，损害了用户的经济利益。闸刀机构主要用于与哈夫盘座形成走针轨迹槽，使哈夫针在轨迹槽中能够安全运转并能顺利挂线，因此之间的协调配合度及外形结构直接影响哈夫针的工作质量，从而影响织物的编织质量。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种用于袜类圆型针织机的闸刀机构，从而使哈夫针具有更好的走针轨迹。
为此采用如下的技术方案：一种用于袜类圆型针织机的闸刀机构，由出针闸刀和收针闸刀组成，两者配合安装在哈夫盘座上，且出针闸刀和收针闸刀上端均连接在气阀座上，且在气阀座的相对位置上具有气动活塞，其特征在于：哈夫盘座的底面上具有内走针轨迹面和外走针轨迹面，所述出针闸刀以外侧面为走针面，走针面呈直线型，出针闸刀走针面一端紧贴内走针轨迹面，另一端贴近外走针轨迹面且具有一定间隙；所述收针闸刀以内侧面为走针面，走针面呈直线型，收针闸刀走针面一端紧贴外走针轨迹面，另一端贴近内走针轨迹面且具有一定间隙。
出针闸刀和收针闸刀能够通过气动活塞控制在哈夫盘座上上下活动，当出针闸刀下降工作而收针闸刀原位不动时，能够将哈夫针的走针面由内走针轨迹变为外走针轨迹，当收针闸刀下降工作而出针闸刀原位不动时，能够将哈夫针的走针面由外走针轨迹变为内走针轨迹。本实用新型的哈夫盘座与出针闸刀、收针闸刀通过外形结构的优化，使其之间在工作过程中配合紧密，从而减少机器故障率的发生。

具体实施方式
在哈夫盘座1上有一闸刀机构11，所述闸刀机构11由出针闸刀111和收针闸刀112组成，两者配合安装在哈夫盘座1上，出针闸刀111和收针闸刀112上端均连接在气阀座2上，且在气阀座的相对位置上具有气动活塞；哈夫盘座1的底面上具有内走针轨迹面113和外走针轨迹面114，所述出针闸刀以外侧面为走针面，走针面呈直线型，出针闸刀111走针面一端紧贴内走针轨迹面113，另一端贴近外走针轨迹面114且具有一定间隙；所述收针闸刀112以内侧面为走针面，走针面呈直线型，收针闸刀112走针面一端紧贴外走针轨迹面114，另一端贴近内走针轨迹面113。
出针闸刀111和收针闸刀112能够通过气阀控制在哈夫盘座上上下活动，当出针闸刀111下降工作而收针闸刀112原位不动时，能够将哈夫针的走针面由内走针轨迹面113变为外走针轨迹面114，当收针闸刀112下降工作而出针闸刀111原位不动时，能够将哈夫针的走针面由外走针轨迹面114变为内走针轨迹面113。本实施例中的哈夫盘座1与出针闸刀111、收针闸刀112通过外形结构的优化，使其之间在工作过程中配合紧密，从而减少机器故障率的发生。
