技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种焊接工具部件,尤其涉及一种高频感应焊接头。 
背景技术
高频感应焊是金属焊接的一种方式,具有焊接速度快、焊接质量高、对环境影响小等优点,现有的高频感应焊枪使用的感应线圈都是圆形结构或者在圆形的基础上做一些不规则变化的结构,很难保证焊接的统一性,特别是闭环管路的焊接,现有焊接头很难保证焊接工件的效果,因此,要保证高频感应焊接工具的焊接效果,就必须一种能保证焊接统一性的高频感应焊接头,但现有技术中均未见报道。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于解决现有技术中的上述问题,提供一种高频感应焊接头。 
本实用新型为达到上述目的,所采用的技术手段是:一种高频感应焊接头,包括方形铜管感应线圈、左上铁氧体磁芯、左下铁氧体磁芯、右上铁氧体磁芯、右下铁氧体磁芯、定位块、焊头支架、左连接管、右连接管,所述左上铁氧体磁芯、左下铁氧体磁芯、右上铁氧体磁芯、右下铁氧体磁芯安装在方形铜管感应线圈上,其中左上铁氧体磁芯与左下铁氧体磁芯,右上铁氧体磁芯与右下铁氧体磁芯两组磁芯均采用不对等结构;所述定位块安装在方形铜管感应线圈下方并安装在焊头支架上;所述左连接管、右连接管连接在方形铜管感应线圈上,并固定在焊头支架上。 
进一步的,所述左连接管上设置有左连接固定螺帽,右连接管上设置有右连接固定螺帽。 
进一步的,所述方形铜管感应线圈采用开口结构,其铜管均采用90°垂直焊接的直角结构。 
本实用新型有益效果在于:采用方形开口结构以及磁芯不对等设计使得本焊接头能够保证焊接的统一性,焊接效果非常理想。

如图1、2所示的一种高频感应焊接头,包括方形铜管感应线圈1、左上铁氧体磁芯2、左下铁氧体磁芯3、右上铁氧体磁芯4、右下铁氧体磁芯5、定位块6、焊头支架7、左连接管8、右连接管9,所述左上铁氧体磁芯2、左下铁氧体磁芯3、右上铁氧体磁芯4、右下铁氧体磁芯5安装在方形铜管感应线圈1上,其中左上铁氧体磁芯2与左下铁氧体磁芯3,右上铁氧体磁芯4与右下铁氧体磁芯5两组磁芯均采用不对等结构;所述定位块6安装在方形铜管感应线圈1下方并安装在焊头支架7上;所述左连接管8、右连接管9连接在方形铜管感应线圈1上,并固定在焊头支架7上。 
进一步的,所述左连接管8上设置有左连接固定螺帽10,右连接管9上设置有右连接固定螺帽11。 
进一步的,所述方形铜管感应线圈1采用开口结构,其铜管均采用90°垂直焊接的直角结构。

1.一种高频感应焊接头,其特征在于:包括方形铜管感应线圈(1)、左上铁氧体磁芯(2)、左下铁氧体磁芯(3)、右上铁氧体磁芯(4)、右下铁氧体磁芯(5)、定位块(6)、焊头支架(7)、左连接管(8)、右连接管(9),所述左上铁氧体磁芯(2)、左下铁氧体磁芯(3)、右上铁氧体磁芯(4)、右下铁氧体磁芯(5)安装在方形铜管感应线圈(1)上,其中左上铁氧体磁芯(2)与左下铁氧体磁芯(3),右上铁氧体磁芯(4)与右下铁氧体磁芯(5)两组磁芯均采用不对等结构;所述定位块(6)安装在方形铜管感应线圈(1)下方并安装在焊头支架(7)上;所述左连接管(8)、右连接管(9)连接在方形铜管感应线圈(1)上,并固定在焊头支架(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高频感应焊接头,其特征在于:所述左连接管(8)上设置有左连接固定螺帽(10),右连接管(9)上设置有右连接固定螺帽(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高频感应焊接头,其特征在于:所述方形铜管感应线圈(1)采用开口结构,其铜管均采用90°垂直焊接的直角结构。
