本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由小板体、合页、大板体组成，其特征在于大板体通过合页连接小板体，大板体用于切生菜，小板体用于切熟菜，使用时使用者通过合页打开大板体与小板体，如需切生菜时就选择用大板体，如需切熟菜时就选择用小板体。
