技术背景
    SCR晶闸管在大电流关断时刻,辅助关断回路因换流产生极高的di/dt和du/dt ,从而在电缆周围发生磁场大幅度畸变,造成附近电缆中敏感弱电信号受到干扰,容易导致辅助关断SCR驱动电路的误触发,从而导致相应的SCR误开通,给电路的正常运行带来严重故障。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够对SCR辅助关断回路所产生极高的di/dt和du/dt的电磁辐射干扰进行屏蔽的屏蔽罩。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种抑制强电流EMI干扰的电磁屏蔽罩,所述的电磁屏蔽罩为一层钣金板,所述的电磁屏蔽罩置于辅助关断SCR驱动板与辅助关断SCR之间。
