本实用新型公开一种电缆头制作支撑装置，包括垫圈，垫圈内设有调整夹，调整夹和垫圈之间通过调整螺栓相连，垫圈与支撑柱相连，支撑柱与上底板相连，上底板通过螺栓与下底板相连。本实用新型成对使用，将电缆放置在垫圈内，利用调整螺栓夹压紧电缆，通过调整螺栓可以使得本装置适合不同型号的电缆，利用上底板和下底板将整个装置固定在角铁或者现场的其他支架上，可以使得装置固定牢靠。加上永磁铁之后，可以将上底板吸附在铁支架上，其固定更牢靠。

本实用新型涉及一种制作电缆的工具，具体涉及一种制作电缆头的辅助设备。
背景技术
在电力施工过程中，经常需要在电缆沟或电缆井等复杂现场制作电缆接头。如果电缆接头接引处制作不良，会造成接点氧化发热、绝缘击穿而造成故障。因此，电缆头的制作是保证电网运行安全的重要环节之一。但是在现场制作的时候，电缆头不好固定，造成加工出来的电缆头质量难以保证。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种能够方便的固定电缆头的电缆头制作支撑装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以下述方式实现的：一种电缆头制作支撑装置，包括垫圈，垫圈内设有调整夹，调整夹和垫圈之间通过调整螺栓相连，垫圈与支撑柱相连，支撑柱与上底板相连，上底板通过螺栓与下底板相连。
所述上底板下端固定有永磁铁。
本实用新型成对使用，将电缆放置在垫圈内，利用调整螺栓夹压紧电缆，通过调整螺栓可以使得本装置适合不同型号的电缆，利用上底板和下底板将整个装置固定在角铁或者现场的其他支架上，可以使得装置固定牢靠。加上永磁铁之后，可以将上底板吸附在铁支架上，其固定更牢靠。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种电缆头制作支撑装置，包括垫圈1，垫圈1内设有调整夹6，调整夹6和垫圈1之间通过调整螺栓2相连，垫圈1与支撑柱3相连，支撑柱3与上底板4相连，上底板4通过螺栓与下底板5相连。
本实用新型中，旋拧调整螺栓2，通过调整夹6和垫圈1可将电缆头夹紧，通过上下底板可以将整个装置固定在施工现场的角铁或者支架上，现场作业比较方便。
所述上底板4下端固定有永磁铁。永磁铁能更进一步的固定整个支架。

1. 一种电缆头制作支撑装置，包括垫圈（1），其特征在于：垫圈（1）内设有调整夹（6），调整夹（6）和垫圈（1）之间通过调整螺栓（2）相连，垫圈（1）与支撑柱（3）相连，支撑柱（3）与上底板（4）相连，上底板（4）通过螺栓与下底板（5）相连。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆头制作支撑装置，其特征在于：所述上底板（4）下端固定有永磁铁。
