[0001] 本实用新型属于火力发电厂锅炉排烟余热能量回收系统,特别涉及一种利用多级烟气冷却器的组合能够把锅炉的排烟余热低能级的能量转移并利用的热力系统。
背景技术
[0002] 发电厂锅炉的排烟温度设计值在110°C -130°C,实际运行的温度大多高于设计值,有的锅炉甚至可以高达160°C左右。因此,在锅炉尾部排烟中存在大量的烟气余热。目前工程上采用了很多回收烟气余热的方法,也有许多专利涉及到锅炉的烟气余热回收。
[0003] 专利号为200620088594的“锅炉低压省煤器”,通过在锅炉尾部空气预热器后部的烟道中设置低压省煤器,并且把汽轮机回热系统的凝结水引入作为吸热介质,把排烟温度降低,回收的热量再回到回热系统。

的“应用于燃煤发电机组的脱硫烟气余热回收系统”,通过安装于静电除尘器后部的烟道中的烟气冷却器,降低排烟温度,实施余热回收。
[0005] 专利号为200910014905的“锅炉深度降低排烟温度余热利用系统”,可以把锅炉排烟温度降低到露点以下,获得更低的排烟温度。
[0006] 上述各种锅炉排烟余热回收的方法,回收余热的能级均较低,加热的凝结水温度一般在110°c,最高的也不会超过130°C -140°c。温度高时加热后的凝结水引入到除氧器,大部分方法引入到末二级或者末三级低压加热器之前。表面上看,这些方法回收了大量的烟气余热,但是实际上这些余热的能级偏低,产生的实际效益较小。其原因为:
[0007] (I)原本锅炉的排烟温度就不高,处于比较低的能级水平上,例如最高达到160。。。
[0008] (2)通过换热器换热后,由于必须的换热温差,所以被加热的凝结水温度一般低于烟气的最高温度。如上所述,最高达到130°C -140°C。
[0009] (3)回收的热量被送回到回热系统,会排挤汽轮机抽汽。排挤的参数越高,这部分被排挤的抽汽在汽轮机中产生的效益越大。所以被加热的凝结水温度越低,回到回热系统的位置越靠近凝汽器侧,排挤的抽汽参数越低,产生的效益越小。
[0010] 2010年12月01日公开的申请号为201010242930的“电站锅炉排烟余热高品位回收利用系统”,先利用烟气余热加热进入空气预热器的空气温度,提高了空气预热器的入口风温,从而导致空气预热器的出口烟温提高,再在空气预热器后部烟道增设烟气换热器,来实现余热能级的提高。事实上,这种方法尽管可以提高余热能级,但是明显存在如下缺点:(1)烟气依然是先经过了空气预热器的换热,烟温的提高幅度有限,使得余热能级的提高受限;(2)经过了高能级烟气换热器之后,在后面还有一级烟气换热器用于加热空气,很显然,这一级换热器的烟气温度很低,空气温度提高的幅度有限;(3)末一级烟气换热器的出口烟温处于极低的水平,不可避免地会出现低温腐蚀现象,极大地影响了该系统的可靠性。尽管余热回收的能级提高了,但是这部分能级是进入汽轮机的,是通过排挤汽轮机抽汽提高效益的,而排挤的这部分抽汽在汽轮机中是会产生冷源损失的。因此从经济效益的角度,这一系统是不合算的。
[0011] 本实用新型提出了余热能量转移多级利用系统,解决了上述技术的不足,给出了把低能级排烟余热能量转移并提高,再进行利用的系统和方法。这种新的能量利用的思路,就是在不改变空气预热器出口烟气温度的前提下,把排烟余热利用的能级提高。

[0019] 这是一个独立的给水加热系统,由给水管路和第一级烟气冷却器组成。第一级烟气冷却器位于增设的烟气旁路中烟气流动方向的上游。该系统的作用是将烟气余热在高能级下进行回收利用。由于流过该系统烟气冷却器的烟气温度最高,大约在370-380°C左右,所以回收余热的能级最高。

[0022] 这是一个独立的凝结水加热系统,由凝结水管路和第二级烟气冷却器组成。第二级烟气冷却器位于增设的烟气旁路中烟气流动方向的下游。该系统的作用是将旁路转移的热量进一步回收利用。该系统烟气冷却器的烟气温度为从第一级烟气冷却器排出的烟气温度,但远高于空气预热器的出口温度,所以回收余热的能级较高。将汽轮机回热系统的凝结水引入第二级烟气冷却器,吸收烟气热量后,直接进入除氧器。凝结水引自于低加入口凝结水管路上。该系统并联于主凝结水管路上。

[0024] 这是一个独立的烟气空气预加热系统。由第三级烟气冷却器、管路和暖风器组成。第三级烟气冷却器布置在空气预热器之后的锅炉尾部烟道上,位于除尘器之后。暖风器位于空气预热器之前的风道上,可以提高空气预热器的入口风温。该前置空气预热器内的介质在第三级烟气冷却器中吸收烟气的热量,温度提高后进入暖风器放出热量用于加热冷风,然后再回到第三级烟气冷却器继续吸热,完成工质循环。烟气经过第三级烟气冷却器后,其出口烟气温度降低,烟气余热得以回收利用。该系统改变了原空气预热器入口风温预热的方法,由原来的蒸汽加热改为烟气余热加热,合理有效地利用了排烟的低能级余热。
[0025] 本实用新型通过上述两个余热回收子系统和前置空气预热器的有机协调工作,就可以实现烟气低能级余热的能量转移和能级提高,在高能级范围内得以利用。
[0026] 各个系统的协调对于本实用新型的实现是很重要的。在该余热利用系统中,通过调整主烟道和旁路烟道的烟气量比例,可以实现预定的锅炉排烟温度值,以最大限度地提高锅炉余热的利用效率。一般情况下,旁路烟道的烟气量小于总烟气量的1/3。

具体实施方式

[0031] 本实用新型工作时,从空气预热器5流出的低温烟气进入第三级烟气冷却器12,放出热量,烟气的出口温度降低。这部分烟气余热用于加热第三级烟气冷却器的独立循环介质,其温度提高后,进入锅炉暖风器6,加热进入空气预热器5的冷风,使得进入空气预热器5的冷风温度提高。调整烟气调节器13,逐渐加大通过旁路烟道4的烟气量,这部分高温烟气依次流过第一级烟气冷却器10和第二级烟气冷却器11,放出热量,出口烟温降低,最后与空气预热器5出口烟气汇合。从高压加热器2引出的给水经过给水管路17进入第一级烟气冷却器10,吸收烟气的热量后,回到主省煤器I。这一系统的烟气温度最高,回收余热的能级也最高。从低压加热器8引出的凝结水经过凝结水管路18进入第二级烟气冷却器11,吸收烟气热量后进入除氧器9。上述系统的运行,就可以把空气预热器5后的低温低能级热量转移到旁路烟道4的高温高能级环境并得以利用,实现了能级转移和提高。
[0032] 本实用新型实施于1000MW超临界机组,在如下节点温度控制下,其中:暖风器6进口空气温度:20°C ;空气预热器5进口空气温度:60°C ;第二级烟气冷却器进口水温:100°C ;第二级烟气冷却器出口水温:170°C ;第一级烟气冷却器进口水温:176°C ;第一级烟气冷却器出口水温:294°C ;机组效率相对提高1. 12%,降低发电标准煤耗3. Olg/kwh,年减CO2排放量41530吨。

Claims (5)
1.一种电站锅炉排烟余热能量转移多级利用系统,包括锅炉主省煤器,高压加热器,锅炉主烟道,旁路烟道,空气预热器,前置空气冷却器,低压加热器,除氧器,烟气冷却器,烟气调节器和除尘器,其特征在于:在锅炉主烟道上设置的主省煤器与空气预热器之间增设一旁路烟道,在旁路烟道上设置多级烟气冷却器,形成高能级烟气余热利用子系统和低能级烟气余热利用子系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电站锅炉排烟余热能量转移多级利用系统,其特征在于所述的高能级烟气余热利用子系统由给水管路和第一级烟气冷却器组成,第一级烟气冷却器位于增设的烟气旁路中烟气流动方向的上游,将汽轮机回热系统的给水引入第一级烟气冷却器,吸收烟气热量后,直接进入锅炉主省煤器或者高压加热器,该系统并联于主给水管路上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电站锅炉排烟余热能量转移多级利用系统,其特征在于所述的低能级烟气余热利用子系统由凝结水管路和第二级烟气冷却器组成,第二级烟气冷却器位于增设的烟气旁路中烟气流动方向的下游,将汽轮机回热系统的凝结水引入第二级烟气冷却器,吸收烟气热量后,直接进入除氧器,该系统并联于主凝结水管路上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电站锅炉排烟余热能量转移多级利用系统,其特征在于所述的前置空气冷却器由第三级烟气冷却器、管道和暖风器组成,第三级烟气冷却器布置在空气预热器之后的锅炉尾部烟道上,位于除尘器之后。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电站锅炉排烟余热能量转移多级利用系统,其特征在于在旁路烟道的第一级 冷却器之前设置烟气调节器。
