目前耐火材料行业使用的滑板板面贴面板，使用的是整体贴面。整体贴面下料具有很大的随意性，不考虑科学排布，造成料坯的极大浪费。

本实用新型目的是提供一种分体贴面滑板，采用分体贴面形式，提高材料利用率，解决背景技术中存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案：分体贴面滑板包含滑板本体、两块贴面分别设在滑板本体上，并与滑板本体相匹配。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由整体贴面改进为分体贴面，利用合理的排布方式和适当的搭便值，提高材料利用率，材料利用率可达60%--64%，降低了生产成本，保证了工料质量。

参照附图1、2，分体贴面滑板，包含滑板本体1、贴面2、3，贴面2、3分别设在滑板本体上，并与滑板本体相匹配。贴面尽量减小搭边值。所谓搭边就是排样时冲裁件之间以及冲裁件与条料侧边之间留下的工艺废料。
冲裁所产生的废料一类是结构废料，另一类是工艺废料。结构废料是不可避免的，但可再利用。在尺寸允许的情况下，冲制较小尺寸相同厚度的冲件。设计合理的排样方案，选择合适的板料和合理的裁板法，以减少工艺废料。
在使用条件许可下，也可以改变零件的结构形状，采用分体贴面形式，提高材料利用率。
根据生产实际统计整体贴面材料利用率为42%，生产效率800—1200个/台班。分体贴面材料利用率60%--64%，生产效率2600—3000个/台班。
