本实用新型公开了一种LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置，包括有锁扣装置和固定装置，所述的固定装置固定在第一箱体内，包括有固定横杆，固定装置上开有定位孔，所述的锁扣装置在第二箱体内，包括有抓钩，抓钩前端转动连接有手柄，手柄与抓钩的连接处滑动连接有推杆，推杆另一端滑动连接有推销，抓钩后端设有调节螺丝，抓钩后端抓住所述的固定横杆。本实用新型能够很方便的精确调节组合时抓接的力度，完全避免了传统装置在安装时出现锁扣太紧或太松而导至无法组装的现象，同时在锁好后，锁扣与整个箱体完美的融合在一起，增加了整体产品的美观度。

本实用新型涉及LED技术领域，尤其涉及一种LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置。
背景技术
LED显示屏是由一个个LED箱体拼接而成，LED箱体重量比较轻，其连接方式有多种选择，比如通过百叶插销的方式。现有技术中对于承载重量较重的箱体间的拼接一般是通过固定强度较高的金属固定片和螺钉进行连接和锁紧，其中金属片的两端分别通过螺钉固定在两个相邻的箱体上，从而达到固定连接的目的，但这种箱体的连接方式在实际操作过程中比较费时费力，而且由于箱体一般比较重，需要多个人的协助进行连接组装，耗时长，需要较多的人力和物力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置，包括有锁扣装置和固定装置，所述的固定装置固定在第一箱体内，包括有固定横杆，固定装置上开有定位孔，所述的锁扣装置在第二箱体内，包括有抓钩，抓钩前端转动连接有手柄，手柄与抓钩的连接处滑动连接有推杆，推杆另一端滑动连接有推销，抓钩后端设有调节螺丝，抓钩后端抓住所述的固定横杆，当手柄压下时，所述的推销一端伸进定位孔内。
所述的第二箱体上位于手柄的前端设有保险盖，防止手柄没压到位或是自动弹开的装置，要抬起手柄时，必须先将保险盖压下后才能扳开手柄。
本实用新型的工作原理是：将抓钩的后端抓住固定横杆，调节抓钩上的调节螺丝，精确控制两个箱体组合时的抓接力度，压下手柄，抓钩向前移动，抓紧固定横杆，同时抓钩带动推杆连接着推销向前移动，推销与定位孔连接，很好固定第一箱体和第二箱体。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型能够很方便的精确调节组合时抓接的力度，完全避免了传统装置在安装时出现锁扣太紧或太松而导至无法组装的现象，同时在锁好后，锁扣与整个箱体完美的融合在一起，增加了整体产品的美观度。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置，包括有锁扣装置和固定装置，所述的固定装置固定在第一箱体2内，包括有固定横杆3，固定装置上开有定位孔6，所述的锁扣装置在第二箱体1内，包括有抓钩7，抓钩7前端转动连接有手柄4，手柄4与抓钩7的连接处滑动连接有推杆8，推杆8另一端滑动连接有推销9，抓钩7后端设有调节螺丝10，抓钩7后端抓住所述的固定横杆3，当手柄4压下时，所述的推销9一端伸进定位孔6内。
所述的第二箱体1上位于手柄4的前端设有保险盖5，防止手柄4没压到位或是自动弹开的装置，要抬起手柄4时，必须先将保险盖5压下后才能扳开手柄。

1.一种LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置，其特征在于：包括有锁扣装置和固定装置，所述的固定装置固定在第一箱体内，包括有固定横杆，固定装置上开有定位孔，所述的锁扣装置在第二箱体内，包括有抓钩，抓钩前端转动连接有手柄，手柄与抓钩的连接处滑动连接有推杆，推杆另一端滑动连接有推销，抓钩后端设有调节螺丝，抓钩后端抓住所述的固定横杆，当手柄压下时，所述的推销一端伸进定位孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏箱体的锁扣连接装置，其特征在于：所述的第二箱体上位于手柄的前端设有保险盖。
