防水透气本是一对矛盾体。目前的面料一般情况下做到防水功能是很容易，但是这些面料经过防水处理后，布面不再具有透气功能，直接制约了帐篷、遮阳篷、罩布的制作和使用，而现有需要的防水透气面料较多，导致面料行业的紧缺，影响人们的生活需求。
有鉴于此，本发明人针对现有技术中面料的上述缺陷深入研究，遂有本案产生。
