本实用新型涉及一种充磁设备,尤其是一种小型部件充磁机。
背景技术
充磁机的充磁原理通常是通过电荷的瞬间释放,在充磁线圈中产生脉冲电流,从而产生磁场而实现充磁。
而随着近年来电子器件小型、轻量化的发展,要求其内部的电机转子等部件也要小型化。而电机用永磁体的多极充磁的时候,前面提到的通电充磁线圈的充磁机中,由于脉冲大电流以及永磁体的小径化、充磁的磁极间距变小、充磁线圈的导线变细从而限制了流经导线的电流值,进而导致被充磁物难以得到充分的充磁性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种小型部件充磁机。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:一种小型部件充磁机,其主要由被充磁部件的保持部和中空的充磁头两部分组成,其特征在于:所述充磁头由数量相等的矩形的永磁体和内窄外宽的磁轭组成,其中永磁体与磁轭相间贴合排列以环绕形成中空的充磁头,与同一磁轭相贴合的两个永磁体的贴合面的磁极相同;所述保持部从充磁头的中空部分留有间隙的贯穿,所述间隙用以容纳被充磁部件;所述充磁机的电压可在50-1200V任意调节,最大输出电流为20000A,电容量为800μF,放电能量为5760J。
本实用新型的有益效果是,通过上述结构的设计,不仅能够有效增加产生磁场的永磁体的体积,而且能够减少外周侧的磁场强度而增加内周侧的磁场强度,因此,通过磁轭到达环状充磁头内周面的磁场强度大,能够有效的对小型部件进行充磁;同时,磁轭上S极与N极交错出现,也能够有效充磁;此外,将永磁体设计为矩形也更便于其加工成型。
